客房整潔一般可以接受，陽台沒有景觀，酒店是古老建築物，以基本的標準是可以接受，置身其中，就如在博物館參觀文物的感覺。 餐廳食物不大合適，早餐選擇不多，亦不好味。 酒店職員友善

整體設施和相片相同，公共區域美麗典雅，房間簡約乾淨。 2019/8/20晚上到達，遇到非常優秀的服務人員，親切的介紹飯店，讓我有貴賓的感受，非常加分。

我們在11月初入住，可能因為兩週前剛有一個風暴影響，附屬的森林公園關閉，皇宮週邊也都堆了整修的物品。內部整體偏老舊，房間內沒有冰箱，地毯斑駁，燈光昏暗檯燈也接觸不良。員工人數明顯不足，早餐時只有一位外場服務人員，人多時所有空位都還堆著前一組客人剩的碗盤。但畢竟前身是皇宮，天氣好時還是可以感受到過去的輝煌，花園很漂亮，晚餐不便宜但品質很好，是我們在葡萄牙10天吃過最好吃的餐廳之一，但要注意八點才開始供餐。整體而言以這價錢還是值得體驗一下。

Very friendly staff! It's a nice experience staying in a palace with great deal. Although it's a little more expansive dining in the palace, well, it's palace, and the taste was good. And if you want to go out in the morning, better before 10AM, when group of tourist coming.

A wonderful experience. The Neo-Manueline design of the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and wines of Bussaco is superlative !!. We've tried the 1999, 1996 Bussaco tinto and branco, they are incredibly elegant and exuberant with long finish after ageing for 20 years. Rivaling the best grand cru from Burgundy with an unbelievably low price, however, it's a pity that the wines can only be enjoyed at the hotel. I would recommend to have a vertical tasting at Bussaco Palace hotel and trust me, it's the experience once-in-a-lifetime. Though the dinner is lackluster, however, wines and the experiences of the stay are truly magnificent. Will definitely revisit the hotel again.

Loved the property, Loved the food and wine. Highly recommended.

Loved the historical charm of the Palace! The room was a little small - couldn’t open the wardrobe all the way because it was too close to the bed. The bathroom was a good size. But the plumbing needs to be updated - the water pressure in the bathroom sink starts strong but then quickly weakens; the water in our sink smelled and tasted like old metal. The water in the shower did not smell/taste as bad, nor in the public water closets in the lobby. The bed was too firm and uncomfortable for our bodies, but we took it in stride. The walls seem thin, so we could hear neighbors walking the hall and bathing. Room television had limited channels and none in English, so a little disappointed that I couldn’t catch up on world news. Only Wi-Fi is in the bar/lounge. Above is not to complain, but rather to inform other guests what to expect. I would visit again because: * The staff were all very friendly and helpful - front desk, bellman (?), bar, and restaurant. We did not interact with housekeeping but they seemed pleasant from what we overheard. * The continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. * Dinner in the restaurant delicious. * There is so much to see on the forest property and it is so peaceful and beautiful. * The young lady at the Convent reception desk was so sweet and helpful. Again, the first part above is to prepare others for staying. It is definitely worth staying at least a couple nights. We will return someday! Obrigada!

美しい場所にあり立地は楽しめた。インターネットは客室内では使えず、給水管が老朽化しているのか、錆びたような匂いのする水がでた。5スターとのことであったが、サービスはそれほどでもないように思えた。

Chambre propre et plutôt jolie, intérieur du Palace formidable, personnel hyper gentil, extérieurs vraiment beaux et petit déjeuner bon, copieux et dans une salle magnifique.

This historical property is absolutely beautiful and amazing. The age means the rooms are a bit tight, the windows shook in the high winds that night, and I would have loved some conditioner in the room, but other than that everything was great. Wonderful, elegant bar area and the French restaurant was top notch. If you are coming to see Coimbra, drive a little further and stay at Bussaco Palace... very reasonable rates considering where you are staying. Also tour the attached convent for 3 euros more... worth it as well. Highly recommend!

Nice property ! Staff was wonderful

We absolutely loved the palace. Enjoyed lounging in the bar and restaurant as well as our room. Also amazing grounds and hiking with great views right outside the door. Lox at breakfast delicious. Our stay couldn’t have been better.
