Stains on the lamp shade, a fridge that leaked, beginnings of black mold on the shower curtain.

They need to clean their outside and have a designated smoking area. One of the stove burners did not work and there was no bath tub plug. Otherwise, the hotel met my basic needs. The front desk service and beautiful surrounding trails made up for the other factors.

I stayed at this Hidden hotel for several days as part of an interstate move. I enjoyed the convenience to shopping and restaurants with easy freeway access to get to work easily. The rooms were decent equipped with a kitchenette. As side from loud neighbors it felt relatively safe. The non smoking rooms were definitely smoked it. I had to change rooms after 3 days. The service was excellent Mark was professional, friendly and accommodating. He helped make my stay enjoyable that I ended up extending a few more days after moving rooms. There is a refundable $100 deposit that did take longer than normal to get back but overall the stay was okay. Not a fancy place but a good option for stopping through or starting over.

There are really great trails around the property and walking distance to the mall. Could be cleaner, especially the outside area, and with a smoking area, and one of my stove top burners wasn’t working.

The staff Mark is awesome, the property needs updating. The rooms are dirty the cleaning staff do not clean. Peep came out the vent and I had to switch room. The manager didn’t check or offer any discounts from the room being dirty, to me treating roaches in the room.

The staff Mark and Victor are awesome. However I had to throw away my food which was around 30 dollars because the refrigerator was not working. The room do not look like the pictures. But it was convenient to my job for training.

Needs a complete renovation

Tub needed to be refinished peeling and gross looking. Outlets loose, light figtures not completely secured to the walls. $100 deposit required on top of what was already paid for the room that will be refunded in 5-7 business days. Desk clerk wasnt at the desk had a piece of card board with back in 15 min written on it. Check in is at 3p checked in at 430ish went to the room and housekeeping was still in there and said it would be another hour.

Great place, easy check in, friendly people, clean, neat rooms.

This place is fine if you can handle the noise and the less than great atmosphere. The price is right. Very affordable but not good for cleanliness. It served my purpose which was finding a place that is inexpensive. The room is like a little apartment with a full kitchen.

I wasted money on a room that was terrible

People walking by room all night long, no trash can. Akward smell. Will never stay again

The property that’s online only the outside looks like it. The housekeepers do not clean and the rooms need an overall cleaning and updating. The male front desk men are very nice.

No tv in room and no pillow cases on pillows the room is non refundable and you don’t see it until you pay just a heads up

Very unsafe !!!!!! Arguing in lobby this place needs to be closed down

The room had a terrible smell and they did offer to change rooms. I declined due not feeling great about the place.
