酒店員工態度很有熱誠，Room dining room,食物質素好, 我們下午才起床， House keeping不會不停敲門打擾，只會send email問你幾時可以執房，我在歐洲外遊一個月，住了不同的五星級酒店，這一間是服務最好的，唯一改善的是房間燈光太昏暗。

服务很热情周到，酒店位置很好。走到地铁站5分钟，距离大英博物馆就十分钟路，方便得我们连续两天都去了博物馆，酒店设施很好外部环境和内部都看得出很精致，配套的洗护也很好用

spa非常差，理疗师介绍项目坐在按摩床上，手一直是冰凉的，这是我人生第一次疗程中间取消服务，太差了，培训明显不足，Mirror很赞，大部分服务员都非常好，尤其一个意大利的小伙子，两天我们公司在mirror花了差不多500英镑，一定要仔细看单，有些服务员也很坏，另外一个餐厅很差，食物和服务都差，同样的full english 到了Holborn餐厅吃了两口就吃不下去了，卖相和味道都差

飯店漂亮典雅，旁邊就有超市跟地鐵，離柯芬園超近，餐廳多，實在太方便了，挑高房間舒適，大推薦

酒店的房間超賣，checking時酒店經理想安排我們至其他酒店住宿，經嚴正抗議後，勉強安排兩個房間住宿，但比原有預訂房型小。酒店有招待免費早餐作為致歉，但入住感受仍不愉快

大體上都算不錯，唯一可惜處是早餐，五星的早餐天天一樣，而且種類少的可憐。

非常典雅有歷史的飯店

非常好服務，又送紀念食品到房間，酒店非常華麗，浴室古典優雅，旁邊地鐵及超市，步行大英博物館7分鐘

Overall speaking the hotel is comfortable and the interior maintenance is good. The staff is helpful and the hotel's location is convenient for business trip. Nothing could be picky except that I suggest to have a kettle in the room. = )

Absolutely first class from check-in to check-out. A stunning property that has perfected tasteful luxury throughout. Location is perfect, in the centre of London and next to the tube. Topped off by an excellent bar.
