I liked everything except the breakfast.

The property is very well located. A vast variety of restaurants and entertainment near by. The hotel, in my opinion, is due for a facelift. The pool area is very nice. Only negative point about the pool is that it’s only 4’ deep. The room I was in had wallpaper pealing off the walls in the washroom. There were stains on the wall that were there when I showed up and were still there when I left.(I was there for a week.) and parking is extra.

After a long day on the road, it was a great place to settle in for the night. Hot tub in the room helped ease the achy muscles and breakfast in the morning was lovely as always.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool was really clean in comparison to most hotel pools... The only negative is that the room wasn't cleaned/stocked daily, however I think there was likely an every other day schedule that I either didn't see/notice or possibly it was in French and I couldn't read it. The front desk was happy to provide us with extra supplies in between if we needed them anyway so it wasn't a problem. They were also all bilingual and happy to help in either language.

Property was clean and safe. Fenced parking and hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Quick return of safety deposits. Only thing lacking was the breakfast, people should not be served powdered eggs in 2026…come on and make an effort..

No feee water, not sure why would the hotel not provide free water! Also, no water dispensing in the night. Only option left is to buy and pay them. The hotel is super fast in taking money from the guests checking in. Looks like their priority is to take money upfront as much they can.

レンタカーで行きましたが、宿泊者のクルマはゲート付きのパーキングに停めるので、セキュリティは良いと思いました。しかし、パーキングからホテル内に戻る出入口が1つしかなく、部屋によってはホテル内を無駄に長く歩く必要が生じます。

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking is right behind your room, so you can just exist from the back of your room and have access to your car. Breakfast is fresh but normal , nothing special about it.

Maude was friendly and efficient during our check in. Our suite was fabulous. They were willing to accomodate our team for a ringette tournament. Even with all the kids, the breakfast service was exceptional. They never let anything run out and cleaned the tables quickly to accommodate the next guests. The pool was a hit for the kids. We had a main floor suite so we were able to park right in front and unload straight into the "patio" door. The suite was large and well appointed. Great shower with loads of hot water and pressure. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend for couples and families alike.
