取房時花了很久時間，因員工對程序不太熟識，lobby沒有洗手間，要辦好入住手續上房才可到洗手間，很不方便。

Convenient just off North bound M5 Room was clean with comfortable bed with nice comfortable bed with good bed linen. Bathroom was clean and functional. Common areas were a little tired and sayss

Stayed on a football trip, couldn't fault anythinf

Note that this is on the north side of the motorway so when heading south we had to do a detour. And when we got to the place we were told that breakfast was back on the north side. And when we left in the morning there was no one around to ask how to get there if we drove as we didn't have much time. We had booked for two nights but only stayed for one.

Our room was spotless with great views, comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was good. Our experience this time was perfect.

Stay was as expected for that price, average. Receptionist was great, embarrassed by having to ask for £5 for parking. The parking charge was unexpected and unwelcome, they had plenty of time to warn us but didn't bother.

The staff are absolutely first rate, I had a problem during my stay with a knee condition and Melvin could not have been more helpful

Paid £5 demanded on arrival for parking for one night and receptionist assisted with logging in registration number at reception desk. A week later received notice of £100 fine for non-payment of parking charge for the 12 hours 38 minutes of my stay. My credit card statement confirms payment of £5 to Days Inn Michaelwood. I will not be staying there again. I do not need the hassle.

Room was very clean, staff were very helpful, shower was powerful and warm, bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as requested, great value for money.

Cheap price Good location

Staff were very pleasant and check in was swift. Room was clean, tidy and very spacious. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Bathroom was clean with a good shower, however the extractor fan was very, very loud and sounded like it could explode at any time (reported). Major negative was Hotel.com site advertised as FREE parking, however there is a £5 per day charge now.

Staff good, room updlstairs have very creaky floorboards, a lot of noise above. Pillows were poor quality

Got what paid for. Highlight was shower.

The room was a littled dated, but very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming.
