Everything was fine except we found the bed very hard.

Friendly staff

The room was huge and clean. It was located just 50 feet from the outsude pool which was convenient. The indoor pool was very cold and the outdoor pool was a perfect temperature.

No service in terms of bed being made. Very mediocre breakfast. Nothing for gluten free. No body cream... Basically for what we paid would have expected better. OK but that's it.

Location is very close by the lake. Parking is very good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also very good even not much choice. But for a breakfast that is enough. Staff always refilled. Coffee is good.

Great place to stay as it was easy to find, was close to the amenities we were interested in. Rooms are larger than usual, clean and attended to daily (we stayed 4 days). It would have been nice to have a small table to sit at but we were ok with the furniture otherwise. Breakfast was good enough, we didn't need gourmet. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Wings restaurant right next door, we loved it!

Room are pretty big, but the walls are very thin. Breakfast are lacking tho.

No elevators available at this property so older people or people having trouble taking the stairs would have to maintain on the ground floor

Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was the usual and just what I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and seemed safe. No issues at all.

Sufficient parking. Breakfast was cold. Staff was pleasant and room was clean. Jacuzzi tub is not a Jacuzzi tub, it is a bubble tub and cools the water down very quickly. The tub overfill drain is placed relatively low so you only get half a tub's worth of water. Bed was pretty hard
