Very nice room. The whole environment is just perfect. Easily to walk to most famous area and shopping area. The breakfast is awesome. Also their service is good too.

This was our 6-7th stay at a lungarno hotel and by far it was the best and most memorable. The staff was super nice, breakfast great, room was ready when we arrived and the best part…we got upgraded to a penthouse suite with a huge terrace! What a wonderful surprise! Made our stay even better and more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel! It’s in the best location too!

Room was freezing, bar staff were pretentious and both tiny lifts occupied by staff and had to use stairs (top floor) too many times - Terrible valve given 2.5K for two nights.

Sehr zentral gelegen und ruhig! Gutes Frühstück. Relativ kleines Bad für den bezahlten Preis. Etwas unglücklich finde ich den Bodenbelag im Treppenhaus und in der Lobby. Geschmackssache.

Great hotel, well placed for sightseeing in Florence. We had a suite which was lovely. Breakfast was well presented and had a wide range of items. Staff were very attentive. There was a roof top bar, frequented by non resident patrons, you had to book to use it, even though notice said you did not.

Frühstück ok; Kaffee nur Nescafe; Badezimmer sauber aber sehr dunkel und altmodisch; Schminken geht nur vor dem Fenster. Sehr bequeme Betten. Nur eine Ladestation fürs Mobile. Super Lage direkt bei der Ponte Vecchio ; Altstadt sehr gut zu Fuss zu machen und tolle Lokale zum Essen überall

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The location, the friendly staff, the breakfast was delicious. The 702 rooftop bar was a bonus.

Great location and staff is friendly and attentive. Martin the night desk clerk was always available for any questions and made our stay even more confortable. We will definitely come back.

Staff was excellent as well as the breakfast. The Roof Top bar was smallish and pricey but a fun experience.

アメニティが殆ど無かったので不便だった。出来るだけ身軽に旅行したいので、歯ブラシなど最低限の物は用意しておいて欲しい。ルームNo.を告げれば朝食を追加出来るとフロントに言われたのに、朝食エリアのスタッフの態度は無銭飲食をしているかの様に対応され不快だった。まだ食事をしているにも関わらず、サインを求められ食器を片づけられた。あの態度と食事の内容では値段に見合っていない。ドアマンの男性スタッフ達は非常に感じが良くサービスも良かった。フロントのJulieにはロストバゲージに関してとても良い対応をしてもらい、感謝しています。
