The gym was nice. Had everything you needed for a quick pump. Pool room is clean and pool is warm. Staff goes above and beyond. 10/10. The tunnel system is nice in the winter, we didnt have to step outside if we didn't want to.

Everything was great

We had an overflowing toliet, and had called the front desk 2 times as they didnt seem urgent about the matter, due to lack of urgency the toliet over flowed into the living area of our room. We ended up leaving earlier than intended.

My room was clean, the hotel was beautiful. The shower gel container was out of shower gel which is kind of odd for a fancy hotel but other than that it was really great!

Room was clean, staff was awesome, valet parking was great...highly recommend. Lounge was nice, free snacks!!

Condition of entryway and furniture in the room was poor. Outrageously priced room service and nowhere to buy snacks etc.

Main lobby and Gold Member staff were pleasant, and always helpful. Room was well equipped and clean. Will stay again.

Staff were amazing, very professional and friendly. The sauna was closed due during our stay to mechanical issues. Room rate good.

Very clean and friendly hotel. We absolutely loved our stay. Huge shout out to valet for having my truck ready at 2:30 in the morning so we could get to the airport.

Room was outdated and really dry. There was static on everything I touched. I couldn’t barely have a good night of sleep. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Very walkable with lots of restaurant and dining options in the hotel and around. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Covered parkade attached to hotel.

Good old Fairmont. Disappointed in how yucky the lampshades and the carpet were, otherwise the decor needs a refresh, the furniture is scratched and dated… likely something is happening because the room next to us sounded like a construction area. Bedding was really good. Some things you can count on at a Fairmont Bar was a hard close “get out at 11pm” Other than the lounge, staff were all superlative.

Hotel is very dates and not overly clean. Pool was freezing and sauna was out of order. Signage from the parkade was not the best at all

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable Bathroom sink - had to unclog it every time we used it by pulling up the sink for the water to drain
