Nothing beats the majesty of the Fairmont hotels. Calgary did not disappoint. Everything from the architecture to the doorman who remembers your name. Highly recommend

A very beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly people working there. Located right in downtown, so very walkable to conferences or restaurants.

Great service but room was rundown. Room was huge but I had to turn off every lamp manually. Everything was just old but the service made up for it.

This hotel is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in and they single handedly changed my life with the incredible room upgrade they offered. The hotel is only surpassed by the level of the quality of the service~!!!

A lovely older elegant (our favorite kind) hotel downtown. Great staff, helpful in every regard.

Good stuff

Overall we had an excellent experience at the Palliser. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and the gold package with access to the lounge was well worth the money!

Everything was great.

Excellent staff from being greeted by Caleb upon arriving to welcoming by Neha and Oksana upon checking in and seeing to my requests during my stay. Any issue Neha and Oksana quickly had then resolved. Many thanks, If visiting again I will see you again.

It’s an old but beautiful hotel!

Very poor service in the lobby restaurant and bar. Sat for 20 mins unserved until we moved to the bar. Staff in the bar area was rude and not working very hard.

Great location walkable to calgary Tower and dining options Rooms need to be updated as the bathrooms are beat up Need bottled water in rooms As much as you pay to stay here the bottled water and computer Wifi should be free

If you love an amazing experience go for gold. Beautiful building, very clean and plenty entertainment in the area.
