Loved the steam room, pool and breakfast. Staff was so kind.

Booked on gold floor and the room smelled musty like it had not been used, or cleaned for a long time. Have stayed at many fairmonts and very dissatisfied with this room.

Location is great, easy access to all areas of town. Shopping is great around the hotel, lots of resturants.

Valet service was awesome. They were very helpful being that I am disabled and had a walker very hard to get into the spa because I had a walker, but I know how to work it. At one point, our room was so cold and the maid came and brought us a heater to heat up our room. She was so phenomenal. Also helped us learn how to work the coffee maker because there was no directions in the room as to how to use it. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to upgrade to the gold to where I could have access to the amenities there but my fault because I should’ve booked it earlier.

Beautiful hotel and my husband and I really enjoyed the restaurant and lounge downstairs. However, we were unable to rent movies from our room and weren’t told that was because we decided to use our debit card at check in for damage deposit rather then a credit card. We would have GLADLY used our credit card but the front desk did not tell us there were restrictions if we used our debit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back but will make sure to use the credit card next time lol.

Great location. Dining in hotel is expensive, small cup of tea $7.00! Otherwise great room and hotel. Right next to the Calgary tower.
