One of the problem is that the noise of the underground can be heard in the room.

Sound isolation is not really good. Bathroom hygiene can become better.overall still great.

This was one of the best hotels I think I have ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional they gave us great recommendations on places to eat and see. The room was beautiful spotless and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Last and most important the hotel was very central and we were able to walk almost everywhere! Highly recommend.

Hotel is in great locations and such great GM he is such great man and 99% of his team are very friendly and great however hotel conditions is not match as the Ritz Carlton.
