我订了含早餐的房间（房价比不含早餐的贵），但check in的时候前台告诉我该酒店不提供免费早餐，不管你定的是哪一种

室內wifi 太弱，淋浴花灑水力弱，距離Banff遠，不算方便。

Room was clean, it was extremely busy with visiting hockey teams, I think we would have booked else where if we had known, a little to much noise

Great place and the restaurant does a great breakfast

The staff was courteous. Then we checked into our room, there were towels missing and a used wash cloth left hanging in the bathroom. We told the staff and they addressed this issue promptly. The door looked like it had been kicked in, as the door jam was loose and the door wouldnt lock properly. The room was clean and tidy. There was no breakfast offered, but there was a restaurant on site and the prices were high.

The screaming kids in the pool could be heard from the room and the suite backs onto the hotels laundry room so there was a thumping of the machines until after midnight.

Perfect location and clean rooms

Hot tub was not hot and the jets did not work. Coming from out of town to work manual labour 14 hr days, all I wanted was to relax in hot tub at the end of the day. Was literally why I choose this hotel

Kids loved the pool and water slide. Room was a nice size and the kitchenette was useful. The breakfast is excellent although strangely expedia only honors two breakfast vouchers for a room of 4 people. The hotel manager was kind enough to provide breakfast vouchers for all 4 of us.

Staff was polite and helpful. Clean rooms, only thing I would have loved was a continental breakfast included

It was perfect and the restaurant downstairs was so good after a day on the mountain!!
