Front desk lady provide an excellent service. Easy to park. Wifi is good.

房間位於市區的旁邊而已，附近有大型的超市可以買，非常的方便非常的方便。 就在市區的旁邊可以進去走走非常的熱鬧，市區內有非常多不錯的店可以逛。旁邊沿著河也有測得景觀。 只是這間飯店是護士這是非常有名的所以會舉辦結婚喜慶的活動因此非常的吵雜

The staff were nice and friendly, complementary car parking was provided. The room is very old fashioned like travelling in 80s' .

The hotel needs a re-furb.

I was in room 16 and the noise from the upper room was unbelievable for a hotel and it was only them walking around the floor was very loud lucky Im nit sure if you are aware of it , but it didn’t spoil my stay

Ottima posizione, centrale e vicina ad un parcheggio (utile se non fossero disponibili posti davanti all’hotel). La camera era ok, ma arrivava dal corridoio una forte puzza di fumo di sigaretta, evidentemente delle camere adiacenti.

I always stay here when I return to Perth. Its only a minute walk from where I was born, and is conveniently located.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was lovely.

Rooms are dated ,bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, chairs in dining area grubby, breakfast was really nice, unfortunately wouldn't come back to this hotel

The hotel building itself (previously a mill, with rushing water visible through glass panels in the floor) is worth a visit. It's in a great location, a walking distance from various attractions and restaurants. We had to ask to change rooms as there was a large and very loud dog locked in a room next to the one we were given. The first room was very small and quite scruffy but the one we ended up in was about twice the size and much more comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was reasonably priced and quite good.

The rooms was spotless. Staff were friendly. Parking was convenient and reasonably pricey.

Hotel was lovely and welcoming. Staff were excellent and very attentive especially Chloe behind the bar and Maya the receptionist. Came for new year and it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was spot on and good choice for lunch and dinner too. Close to the centre of Perth and loads of pubs round about. Especially liked that the hotel was dog friendly, our dog made many friends! Lovely enclosed garden at the back for them to run about in. Would highly recommend and would come back.
