Hotel taxi rate was too expensive.Shower had problems. Water pressure was low. Water was not hot enough even after repaired by technician. Room rate was OK for over all service.

飯店狀況有點舊

To my surprise I was questioned on the reservation validity during check-in. I am sure until now who I should blame, the Hotel or Grand New Delhi? And I got a very bad room with window view of hotel's wall, poor shower head and bad pillows.

（一）這家飯店的地點有點荒涼，遠離所有的景點，所幸在步行範圍內有三間ＭＡＬＬ可以逛，不然會很苦悶，但路上沙土飛揚，只能急行回去。（二）好處是離機場較近，十五至二十分鐘即可到達，車資２００～３００盧比。（三）我們在此吃了一次早餐，一次晚餐，水平中上，沒太多驚喜，也不夠多樣化，但還算可以。可是餐廳服務生表情冷漠，常常忘記來收盤子，整體的訓練不足。（四）房間很寬敞，但浴室有兩個設備出了毛病，冷氣控制按鈕失效，最高溫是１９度，睡到半夜很冷。

Nice hotel close to the international airport. There is a nice lawn and swimming pool at the rear. No noise once you enter the hotel complex. Breakfast has wide range of choices and staff service is great.

Clean room. Good food.

Disappointing. I am sat in the cafe waiting to go to the airport. I have been ill for the duration of my trip and only made breakfast today out of four days. I just asked a waiter for a small bottle of water so I could take my medication. He told me they don't keep it in the café. I said I got one earlier from reception. He told me to go and get it from there, it is just 50 yards away, it would not have been too much effort but when you are unwell it is.

Amazing hotel and staff

Rooms are bit jaded and toilet flush was giving problem

I recently stayed at your New Delhi property and I wanted to share my experience, as I honestly feel the price I paid was not justified for a 5-star hotel. To start with, the room itself was decent and comfortable, but it did not meet the standards expected from a premium property. The overall cleanliness could have been much better, and there was an unpleasant smell that made the room feel less fresh than it should. Additionally, while I understand the building is older, I believe it can still be operated and maintained to a higher standard, especially considering the brand reputation and pricing. The most frustrating part of my stay was during checkout. I tried calling the front desk continuously for about 30 minutes, but no one answered. Eventually, I stepped out to ask for assistance and met one of the room cleaners. I requested help with my luggage and was told, “Okay sir,” but no one came. After waiting another 20 minutes, I went out again and asked the same person. Once again, I was told to wait, but after an additional 15 minutes, I still received no support. At that point, I had no choice but to go all the way down to the lobby myself to request help. It seemed like there was a communication gap, and during this time the phone service also appeared to not be working properly, which made the situation worse. Overall, this experience did not reflect the level of service I expected from a 5-star property, especially at the rate I paid. To make this right, I request comp

Beautiful property and wonderful staff!

The room Bathrooms need maintenance and a thorough cleaning. Our room had a musty smell. Elevators are slow. The location and breakfast are the only reasons I choose this hotel.

The property and the grounds are beautiful, and the staff are very courteous. There are some niggling issues, such unreliable wifi and dated fixtures that need updating.

Phone prompts r too small More and more rules

I had a great stay at this hotel in Delhi. The location is excellent, with easy access to key landmarks in South Delhi as well as the airport. A mall is conveniently nearby, which makes things even easier for food, shopping, and quick errands. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Both the breakfast and in-room dining were very good, with good quality and variety. As someone visiting from abroad, I found the hotel safe, comfortable, and well managed, which really matters when you’re in a new city. I would highly recommend it, especially for business travelers, but it’s a solid choice for leisure stays as well.
