Quite near old city center, every sopts is just around, staffs are extremely friendly. The only thing bothering me is the noise in the very early morning from street, hotel prepare ear plug in the room, very friendly.

Convenient, tidy, comfortable and spacious! The staff is so nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious,too.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos, the area was trashed, graffiti everywhere, the staff was incredibly rude. It was such an inconvenience for one of the receptionist to look up the time for Mass. The other lady was so rude because we asked a question about our room. The hospitality was absolutely trash. So bad we only stayed the first night and left that morning. I will never come back, the worst experience I have had on this entire trip. The city also felt so unsafe, there was no one on the street, just groups of men walking around, the only German’s I met were the hostess at the hotel. This is a trash city and will tell everyone to never visit this hotel or city.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück ist klei aber fein. Es stehen Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung.

Lo mejor fue la atención de VESNA en recepción. El hotel está muy bien situado, en el centro y a 10min caminando de la estación. No es un hotel de lujo pero es básico y cómodo. El desayuno es sencillo pero te evita pensar por la mañana qué hacer y dónde. Sin duda, repetiría.
