Hotel Pésimo servicio. Primer día en el restaurante se tardaron 30 minutos en traer una jarra de agua y 1 hora en traer la comida. En la noche al pedir room service, tardaron 1:10 minutos en traer la cena. En los desayunos buffete el servicio es pésimo, nadie se acerca a la mesa a recoger platos. Nosotros teníamos que estar dejando los platos terminados en una mesa vacía ni yo a nosotros. 25 minutos para traernos la cuenta. Servicio de alimentos y bebidas en la alberca igual de terrible. 1:05 minutos en traer una hamburguesa y un hot dog. El servicio de house keeping lo mismo. Primer día teníamos 2 batas de baño y 4 toallas y después de el primer día solo teníamos 1 toalla y 1 bata. En verdad el servicio del hotel es terrible o mejor dicho NO HAY servicio.

Great place to rest or to make business in a gorgeous old style hacienda furnished in with all modern services. The breakfast buffet was a great addition!!!!

amazing experience from start to Finish! contacted the property concierge MAURICIO REYES days before arriving and his help getting transportation took stress out of getting a ride from the airport. Mauricio's help throughout the trip made everything run smoothly! ALFREDO bar waiter / restaurant staff (egg station lady wonderful)/ was also outstanding as well as everyone at the front desk. SPA area is small, but very clean and the service is just amazing!

It was quiet, spacious, nicely, decorated, great water pressure, and no vermin. Seen that they were short handed with waiters. Had to ask multiple times for a waiter as we sat near pool or in an outdoor seating area.

Lugar muy agradable, especial para un fin de semana de relax sin salir de la ciudad. Las calles dentro de la propiedad un poco descuidadas pero transitables.

I have stayed here once every years for the past three and just love the stay. I like it becuase of how peaceful, quite and unique it is. The staff are great, and theres plenty of things to do while your there. One thing that they should improve is the mini fridges in the rooms. To make sure it works and keeps drinks cold.

I have stayed her several, several times 5 times in the last three months. This time I was extremely disappointed. Mosquitoes and sewage smell filled my room. I called to get a new room and was told I would get a call back - never happened. Normally this is a nice hotel and great food and friendly staff. Make sure you book the room in the Business Class area of the hotel. It's newer and no mosquitos.
