Clean spacious quiet room/ excellent air conditioner/ close parking/ gated property We’ve stayed here before and will again if we go back.

Although I cannot add a photo, the ceiling fan light kept coming on at all hours of the night making sleeping nearly impossible. I ended up driving nearly 5 hours while sleep deprived.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was good . I especially appreciated how secure the property felt, with locked gates around the courtyard providing peace of mind. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my prescription sunglasses behind, and Christine went above and beyond to reach out to me and make sure they were mailed back safely. I’m so grateful for her kindness and extra effort. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was fine except we had to pay for an unused night because our flight was cancelled and we couldn't get there until the next day. I called the hotel right away to let them know, she said she would make sure we weren't marked as a no show. She forgot, and we were marked as no show, and Expedia couldn't get our one night refunded. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable price included a great breakfast. Very quiet. I would absolutely go back. Highly recommend.

Place seemed nice in pictures but it getting updated so there was a bunch of areas under construction. Some of the gates to the buildings were not working so it was inconvenient to have to walk around with all our luggage to find another door. Room was a good set up and clean but it was hot and stuffy. Even with the air conditioning running at 60 all night and the fan on high it was still very uncomfortable. We would not return to stay at this property.

This my husband and my favorite place in Sierra Vista! Quiet , nice without a big price tag and not the typical chain hotel. I would recommend a new bed , the springs were popping when you sit on or rollover on the bed. Overall still my fav place in Sierra Vista!

The place is a bit rundown and I had to deal with a person trying to break into my vehicle and other vehicles too.

Kelsey, prepared an excellent breakfast and was very attentive.

I canceled the 3rd night in the alotted time to make a change and although Expedia assured me they sent the email to the address Clarion gave them 3 times, I was charged for the night I had canceled.

Great continental breakfast selection. The hotel was clean and gated. Nice pool area and the jacuzzi was perfect during the cooler weather. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Sierra Vista. The breakfast alone is worth the stay.

Great customer service and called me to check in earlier. Super cute on the inside courtyard and the room was functional

Room was clean bed super comfortable, pool and jacuzzi amazing. Ladies at front deck were really helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

It was a lovely property. The pool was still freezing cold, but enjoyed the hot tub. Fortunately, we can still climb stairs.

Everything was just right. Clean, friendly just as advertised.
