I enjoyed the atomsphere there

One night stay while in the QC area. Decent place for the price we paid. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I would stay again if in the area.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay for the price. The room was clean and staff was very nice.

Nice outside patio to relaxe.

Property was as we expected. My grandsons enjoyed making their own waffles. It was clean!

I had made reservations well over a month in advance. We arrived later in the evening (10ish) to find the lobby over run withkids screaming at each other and the adults in the parking lot tailgating. There was no place to park because several spots were used to setup the stereo and coolers. Kids were also running up and down the halls screaming at each other as we went to the room. The music ceased around 1115 pm and the yelling stopped around 1130 pm. Two light bulbs were burned out and the bathroom vent did not work. The tv was disconnected from the cable service supposedly by the previous guests so the front desk had to reconnect it. There was also trash in the corner of the room that wasn't picked up when cleaned.

There was no one at the desk When we arrived. I had to find them in the laundry to check in. The room was dated and the comforters had stains. The bathroom floor was filthy.

Clean hotel easy parking breakfast in morning good economy

Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Desk agent was very helpful. The only concern i had was that the breakfast was a bit sparse compared to last year when I stayed there. Otherwise a good value hotel!

Tv in room would not work with provided remote. Breakfast was mostly cold cereal. Didn’t see any bacon or sausage coffee pots were empty 30 minutes before scheduled stop time. Rate charged for one weekend night was 3 times weekday rate and 50% more than other weekends I researched at this hotel.

If you live in the area and are booking for family, there is a $200 fee that's not mentioned, it gets refunded after your stay but was unexpected. The hotel itself is not very clean.

Took 5 minutes for someone to help check us in as no one was at the desk. Loud hallways. TV channels were not changing at all. Fan was not working well. Ran out of coffee in the morning. Poor breakfast selection. Hard beds.

Stayed here for work. Only plus was that the employees were nice and looked to be updated in some areas. Cons were that every single wall in the room i stayed in had this sticky like texture dripping from the ceiling, water pressure was awful, beds were super uncomfortable unless you like an extra firm mattress and the walls were paper thin. If your looking for somewhere to stay for a few days max it would be fine but nothing more than that.

The room is comfortable, everything you need. I was very frustrated in fact that website says $10.00 per pet per night and we get here and it’s $15.00 per pet per night. How hard is it to have accurate information listed. Nothing anywhere stating that change and then oh yes we need to have a deposit for incidentals. Why??? They have my credit card info, why not charge after the fact. Why do we get charged because someone else trashed the room.

They were so windup we had to bring our sweet of man a ten year old pittie mix who's the sweetest but like to talk(bark). They were so wonderful
