Great location! Fairly clean! One of the staff can't speak English, but that doesn't hurt my experience here at all. Great time in Hotel Chelsea.

Unique experience, felt like “little Havana”

The loading zone- non existent. No one site parking, hotel, spa- even though it is advertised it is 20 minutes away at their sister hotel. Absolutely horrible. We tried to venture over to the other hotel to use the pool but we were told the wrong times of operation and couldn’t even use it. The staff has no clue what is going on. They just sit around and talk to each other and play on their phones. My family booked two rooms and one had air conditioning issues and no hot water. The other room had only hot water. Not acceptable. Will never stay here again. Not a safe neighborhood at night.

I found the cleaning staff very friendly, smiling and greeting me in the hallways. Different experience with staff at front desk. In every instance during my stay I had to verbally get the attention of the staff person to be noticed, TWICE when I was standing right in front of them. (One finally looked up from his phone and asked how long I had been standing there.)

My day was not a pleasant stay here at the Chelsea hotel as far as this hotel quietness, no hot water in my bathroom, this stay was an absolute disaster.

Great location, Hotel is pretty well restored and renovated. Rooms are small but for the location and proximity it is great.

I understand it’s hard not to feel perpetually damp in Miami, and the hotel seemed a bit dank overall. Air conditioner blows constantly but that helps

Durante o período em que estive hospedada, tive uma experiência bastante insatisfatória. O quarto não possuía sinal de internet e o Wi-Fi simplesmente não funcionava durante toda a estadia. Além disso, o quarto não foi limpo em nenhum dos dias em que permaneci no local, o que comprometeu significativamente o conforto e a higiene. Outro ponto negativo foi o ambiente nos corredores de acesso aos quartos: havia constante barulho causado por crianças e outras pessoas brincando e fazendo bagunça. Também notei a presença de lixo e toalhas jogadas no chão, demonstrando total descuido com a manutenção das áreas comuns. Diante de todos esses problemas, infelizmente, não recomendo esta hospedagem.

Nice room did not include microwave was not told about 30 dollar a night fee until we arrived and got billed for more !

Great experience there for the weekend staff very friendly was nice and clean.. people friendly. Also, it’s near everything restaurants beach.. my next visit to Miami I’ll definitely stay there again . Also, the restaurant there the Cuban Havana amazing food and great staff..
