Very nice relaxed stay, but breakfast offered up to 9am only, not suitable for enjoyment

Few minutes to Cairns night market and Reef fleet terminal. It’s a good place to stay after the all day activity. Friendly staff and have a nice pool.

市區的酒店，地理位置還是不錯的，去碼頭和商業區都方便。酒店沒有洗漱用具，沒有拖鞋，扣分。房間的隔音也不太好。

卫生间的的手盆断开了，我只是用双手搭了一下手盆，准备洗头，结果手盆断开了，我们告诉了前台，第二天帮我们更换了房间，退房的时候，要求我们赔偿，五折赔偿150澳币，我们不接受，工作人员说是我们弄坏的需要赔偿，没有征求我们的意见，就是通知我们，反正 有信用卡担保，正常扣款。九几年年修建的酒店，设备陈旧，本身就是自己的设备质量问题，怎么能算到我们身上，难道我们连手盆都不能碰吗，我们对手盆有恨吗故意把它弄下来？

地理位置比较好，离超市和海边都可以步行走到，房间比较小，放了两个打开的行李箱显得很挤，前台可免费打印，服务还可以，不能提前入住，隔音不好，会被外面吵到。

The hotel location is closed to Cairns Central Shopping Mall. It takes around 10 mins walk. The hotel has no lift. We stayed in third floor which is so tired to take a luggage up. The facilities quite good but no oven or stove in the family room. The swimming pool is very very small.

5 Nights stay, mazing experience and pretty chilled environment for vacations.

酒店很美，房間大，還有露台！可以曬衣服。 泳池很小，不太適合游泳。 wifi收得很差，幸好自己有4G。服務不錯。

地點去購物中心比較遠, 要行大約十五分路程. 房門關門時很大聲. 廚房用品很少, 沒有碗, 沒有微波爐可用. WIFI很弱

服务特别好，就是有蚂蚁，只要有甜的东西就会有蚂蚁出现！位置稍微偏一点，但是在可接受范围内

旅館廁所很大間，但像游泳池的更衣淋浴室 一入房，濕氣霉味很重 比較不解的是我們出去約3、4小時，回到房內竟發現被打掃過了？但我們沒有放請打掃或請勿打擾的牌子（飯店也沒準備） 整體而言還ok,畢竟只是睡覺而已

チェックイン時間が遅くなった場合の対処法の連絡に気付かず焦りました。 早目にチェックイン時間をお知らせするべきでした。 スタッフはとても明るく元気でした。 部屋はバスルームに換気扇が無く湿気がすごかったです。 シャワーは真上に固定されているので、蛇口をひねる都度濡れるのでちょっと不便です。

スタッフの方々皆さん元気で明るく、そして対応も親切でとても気持ち良い時間を過ごせ感謝してます。 また機会があれば是非利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

Excellent location for walking to a lot of things. So clean. And staff so very kind. Luggage storage. Swimming pool. Quiet after 11pm. Laundry facility. Be mindful no microwave in room but there is a shared microwave in laundry facility with kitchen sink. Very nice.

NO complaints about this property. Clean, convenient and comfortable.

I have no complaints about this hotel……. Clean, comfy, great breakfast and friendly staff. The guest laundry is a definite plus. So good when one has been on the road for a few days.
