The best hotel in Dubai. Excellent service, food, room, and activities. We all want to stay here again.

Outstanding service and unique experience. The place is kind of far and we don't rent a car in this trip. The resort offer the paid pick-up service. During the stay, you will be assigned a guide who will company you in every activity. Our guide, Jason, is very friendly. If could, we would like him to be our guide again next time.

Beautiful hotel with easy access to many restaurants and shops inside. The hotel service is very good and detail to fit the guest need. The room is clean and large. Overall experience was very good.

For us Dubai was disappointing until we got to this resort. It was amazing. Incredible staff. Wonderful rooms and we got the basic one. Food was great. Service for food outside of the restaurant was slow but it’s slow travel. Activities were great. We wish we had booked for more than two days. It’s worth going to Dubai just for this resort.

Our family had an amazing experience at Al Maha. The facilities, food, service, and activities were all superb. We also were delighted to see numerous gazelle and oryx wandering in their natural habitat throughout the property.

Al maha is a treasure with its natural beauty, it’s staff is unbelievable and the restaurant is superb. Looking forward to returning.

The hotel room itself is really unique and private, and it had the most comfortable bed. You can see gazelles walking around. Also you can swim in your private pool while looking at the desert, while no one else can see you. However I did have some problems during my trip. I booked the tour for the afternoon, and then it started raining. I tried to call and confirm, at first no one picked up my phone at front desk, then they did pick up but never followed up again. After my tour time passed I called again and complained to the manager, who treated the issue seriously and followed up with me in the room. The manager also talked to me twice in the dining room with really nice attitude, and asked about if there is anything else he can do. I asked if I can have the brand of the mattress, and he asked the housekeeping manager to send me an email. I still have not received the email(I also sent a message from hotels.com and no reply) Another thing is be careful that the lunch is only included once per day, which I did not know, so I was charged the second time. Wish they would have told me before the second lunch. Overall I would recommend people to experience it at least once.

Great little get away from the craziness of Dubai city. Lovely large room and pool with plenty of wildlife to see from the comfort of your own pool. Good and service both excellent. We wouldn’t recommend staying any longer than a couple of nights.

O hotel é lindo, cerca de 1 hora de carro de Dubai (fácil acesso por taxi). Atendimento impecável e comida excelente!! Muito acima da expectativa e tudo de primeira qualidade. O quarto é bem amplo e muito confortável, do quarto você está muito próximo aos animais (gazelas no geral, bem dóceis) e inclusive elas interagem bastante com os hóspedes (entram na varanda do quarto). Piscina do quarto aquecida e de ótimo tamanho. Meu único ponto é que tem bastante mosca na área externa do quarto então é bem desconfortável tomar sol ou fazer a refeição da varanda do quarto. Não sei se teria uma solução aqui (talvez um ventilador que espante um pouco as moscas) mas super recomendo o hotel.
