Took 24 Hours to fix the air conditioning system, always no answer for the reception and not friendly staff

Small room no couch no table.hotel room door didnt lock correctly by itself and needed to be firmly pulled. Found out when coming back to room and it wasn't properly closed

Kind staff but the hotel is not as described on Expedia. Air conditioning is directed to the bed, mattress is not comfortable.

Due a un dégât d’eau on n’a pas eu un chambre à cet hôtel. On a besoin d’être remboursé puisque nous avons réservé ailleurs dans un autre hôtel . Veillez me contacter svp

Belle accueil par contre la chambre. Rien n’est à la bonne place. Il y a un escalier dans la chambre qui mène à une porte capitonnée le mur de l’escalier est non peint. Il y a un réfrigérateur seul au coin de la pièce. Une machine à café sur une table avec la télé et aucune prise de courant pour la faire fonctionner. Le positif,La salle de bain est rénové le lit confortable. La porte d’entrée ferme mal et on voit sous la porte, très mal insonorisés. Payer 200$ pour une chambre comme celle-là est une honte. Je me serais crue dans un motel des années 80 à 80$.

Overall, the experience was not good. I booked this place mainly for my kids because they enjoy swimming, but the pool water was cold. When I asked the staff, they said there was no hot water service available. My kids were really disappointed, and it ended up ruining our trip

Clean and spacious, easy check in and check out, lots of parking space.

Very clean room but restaurant not very good, plus poor service.

Bistro not open day we checked in. No English on menu. Lamp in bedroom had to be manually plugged in and out of wall outlet to work. Desk light not working at all.
