We had a great time at the lodge. Staff was very friendly and it was clean. Would recommend staying here. We stayed here at the end of June.

Sauberes Hotel, leider kein Frühstück im Angebot, trotzdem gut.

The room was neat, clean and well equipped. The property looked a bit dated and needed some significant landscaping.

This is a ski lodge situation on the top of a mountain with many other similar ski lodges - very hard to find unless you are a skier and have been to the lodge before! Signage could be better as well when phoning for assitance. Automated phone system that discusses sales before providing help to finding the facilities. Nonetheless, great facities and excellent overall room. Somewhat dated and well used but a nice place to stay.

Only there for one night, but enjoyed our stay. Lots of deer to be seen at and near the hotel. Had dinner in the bar/lounge as the restaurant was booked for a large private party, and the staff was great.

1 hot tub was removed and just plywood over, “heated” pool was like ice. Place could use a renovation it’s seen better days. Wasn’t worth the money for what we thought we booked.

Good location, great restaurant, clean rooms. Rooms are getting old. Only one usb port in room had to search for it. Found it as part of tv cable box. Took a very long time for hot water

Disappointing from start to finish. Tried calling to see if we could check in early (1 hr early). Multiple phone calls with never anyone answering. Got here an hour before check in and asked if possible to have room early. Front desk response was an exasperated “fine let me check”. No welcome, no thank you. All front desk staff miserable and not friendly or welcoming. The one who checked us in and different one checked us out clearly hate their job. Once in room - wifi is spotty at best , non existent at worst. Doesn’t work more often than it does. Hot water in shower takes a long time to heat up - was almost done a cold shower before it kicked in. The A/C is designed to blow right in your face when lying on bed causing for a lousy sleep. The only positive is the bed itself was great. The rest of our entire floor seemed to be together and partied loudly until after 2am throughout hallway. No action from hotel. We then stopped by front desk the next morning to say we didn’t need our room serviced but there was a sign at front desk saying “be back soon” but with a lineup of people waiting with no one at desk and no indication of when they would be back. Old SLOW elevator. Overall very old and not well maintained hotel (stained carpets and walls throughout) that can charge what it does for proximity to mountain. Went down to car on final morning to get something and they had already deactivated room key (at 930am). Don’t recommend.

Mountain view was awesome lots of wildlife and the room was spacious. Definitely could use a hotel update/remodel but they make it feel clean and nice

The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. It is looking tired, leaks on ceiling visible, lumpy couch, and broken hot tub. It needs some love but you can get a good nights sleep.

Room is VERY dated but clean. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Appliances are old. Furnishings are circa 1980. It’s time for an update. We were there for golf and looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. It was out of order for the 3 days we were there .

Great location. Right on the ski hill. This time of year we could sit on the balcony and watch the wildlife on the hill. The suite/condo was nice enough and the kitchen was well equipped. One suggestion would be to get rid of the heavy drapes in the living area as they were so large that they covered up 50% of the windows when open which made it quite dreary in the suite. Comfortable bed but there was a queen size duvet on a king bed, so it barely covered the top of the bed (absolutely no overhang). Front desk staff was aloof at best, but the maintenance man was very friendly and helpful so if you needed directions or help with anything, he was the best one to ask. Very disappointed to find only the lounge was available for dinner in June. The staff told us that "if we were absolutely dieing to sit in the restaurant we could, but it was so far for them to walk that they preferred we eat in the lounge"

Clean rooms, quiet location. Very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Nice location, hotel is tired. Needs renovation

Unfortunately this was not a good experience here. The hottub was down, which was frustrating but out of my control. As we checked in the property is very run down, which is unfortunate as it could be incredibly beautiful. The hallways smelled like backed up sewer and the room smelled like mildew and old cigarettes. The carpet in the room was stained and very run down dirty. I will not be returning here and would recommend that they do some upkeep to this beautiful property. Very poor experience

Other than a few little things showing wear or needing maintenance, this was a great stay. Would love to try it as a ski out & in property in winter.

Nothing really opened until 3pm, and hot tub was super small so we didn’t get to use it as there was a kids birthday party happening. Great facility, I think we were just there off season. Restaurant is incredible.
