Clean room, great beach, great pool!

No puedo recomendar absolutamente nada. Es un hotel a lado de playa por eso es normal que está un poco lejos de estación de cercanía pero hay una parada de bus delante y la localización es buena. Sin embargo, primera llegué a las cuatro y me ha dicho que tengo que esperar cinco minutos para habitación. Luego, no me llevan llave y tuviera que hacer cola para reclamarlo. Por fin. intento acercar a mi habitación y solo hay escalera última parte. Con dos maletas y dos bolsos es imposible. Pero solo dice que es porque mi categoría de habitación solo allí aunque no estaba escrito ningún sitio que solo podemos acceder con escaleras. Para solucionar la situación, me ha dicho que tengo que pagar 34 euro más para cambiar a mejor habitación, en lugar de alguien me ayuda subir escaleras con maletas. Me parece increíble un hotel de 4 estrellas es así. Luego, mi tarjeta de habitación no funciono para abrir la puerta de lado de playa. Menos mal que otro cliente pasó y me abrir la puerta a las 0:00. Me gustó mucho el lugar y es muy cómoda para aeropuerto y Plaza Mayor pero no vuelvo jamás.

Todo muy bien, pero el aforo de las piscinas es infinitamente menor que el aforo del hotel, con lo cual si no se hacia una cola desde temprano era imposible conseguír hamaca.

Clean, but basic hotel and in need of an upgrade / general maintenance. Very busy but fine for a long weekend in the sun. Takes ages to check in at reception.

Over all great Very very busy though at breakfast felt a bit like a school canteen

Helt ok hotell, poolen var bra dock är alla solstolar upptagna redan kl 8 på morgonen. Rummen ok, frukost bra, lunch/middag enformigt. Personalen trevlig.

I had a lovely view to the ocean, and overall it is a hotel I highly can recommend.

Svært at få solsenge - man skal virkelig starte meget tidligt om morgenen, hvis man vil sikre sig en solseng. Ifølge deres regler må man ikke lægge håndklæder på solsengene, men der bliver ikke rigtigt gjort noget ved det, hvis nogen gør, hvilket er meget ærgerligt for resten af gæsterne

Teil Neu renoviert, noch nicht fertig ,auf unseren stockwerk würde noch fleissig gearbeitet, ab 8uhr bau Lärm, finde schade dass uns nicht auf das Problem aufmerksam gemacht worden sind. Wir dachten entspannen auf dem balkon, war bis abends nicht möglich Sonst wäre top gewesen.

All was ok, as rated

Tillräckligt många solstolar. Dålig kvalitet på frukosten. 2 av 3 hissar fungerade inte i byggnaden och tog man trappan istället så hamnade man i byggarbetsplatsen. Gymmet var för varmt och luktade rök.

Pool sehr groß, sauber Essen ok, manchmal nur lauwarm

Easy to reach from the airport, its seafront location is certainly worth it, but not all of the property offers such a view and tranquility. The pool view, and the outdoor pool itself with its pool bar, are also very beautiful. It's a shame that the children's pool with slides was under renovation and wasn't disclosed when booking. The indoor pool, a very pleasant temperature and a good size, was probably too chlorinated for hygiene reasons. The outdoor children's play area could easily be improved. The linear and spacious rooms, with a nice bathroom, require significant soundproofing. The noise from the hallways and outside is very loud. Those with rooms overlooking the pool/play area will be even more affected, as it's a very busy common area. The bed is large and comfortable if you like a firm mattress. The balcony is a delight. The breakfast is good and varied, in a space that offers a lovely veranda overlooking the sea and pool. An excellent way to start the day. Cleanliness could be improved, both inside and outside the room (in both cases due to dust), but there was a nice clean smell in both the common areas and the room. The common area with the bar and entertainment was very noisy...you must really like it. The staff overall was very kind and helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to offer any kind of advice (thank you so much, Jorge). The location was excellent for amenities and for lovely walks. The beaches are wide and you can easily choose between public and private

Veldig lytt ut til gangen. Bråkete hotell med mye fyll til tross for at det var mange familier med barn. Frokosten var bra.

Yes and no
