位置不错，房间也还OK

Very nice hotel near old town marbella. staff was very accommodating, Food quality and options were solid. pool and beach were nice.

Dejligt ophold

Premises were beautiful. Rooms were small and dated, would expect more for the cost. Red level was not worth it. Pool service was lacking except for Ruben who was super attentive. Cappuccino restaurant was fabulous.

Excellent

This location was perfect for exploring the city but also being on the beach / boardwalk. Rooms and view were great. Bathrooms a little small but fine. Club lounge was terrific and worth the upgrade for us.

The hotel is well located. 20 min walking distance to old town. 10 min to various restaurants at the beach. A Michelin recommended good restaurant on site. The staff is friendly, especially Enrique at the front desk. The hotel room is clean but the bathroom is small, furniture and decor could be upgraded or renewed.

It was lovely , but

I forgot my 1 week old Airpods Max on the pillow upon checking out. When I was in the taxi on my way to another city I emailed them and said that I forgot my headphones charging on the pillow. They answered me a bit later telling me that they couldnt find any headphones in the room. This is something that is so scary when it comes to 5 star hotels not being honest about belongings in the hotel rooms. Yes.. I know that I should have brought my headphones, but in this case I contacted them immediately after checkout and they told told me ice cold that my headphones was not in the room. One thing that they might not know is that I can see the last location of the headphones.. Never again Don Pepe.

Lindisima y un servicio estupendo

Having been visiting Marbella and the golden mile for over 20years now, we decided to finally have a week at the Don Pepe. What a fabulous experience we had, attentive staff and exceptional service. The hotel and its gardens were impeccable. We will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you to all at the Don Pepe.

Beautiful grounds & reception areas. The bedrooms are very small however. We had to change room as our neighbours were making noise at 3 o’clock in the morning. After that inconvenience all, we asked for was a late check out but refused & all they could give us was till 1pm. So no favours there. Nevertheless, the staff in general are very nice.
