The Hotel is clean and conveniently located. Considerably near the Rossio Train Station to Sintra, Metro station to Airport and bus station to Torre de Belem and Mosteiro dos Jeronimos. The staff are polite and helpful. She provided me useful information on tourists spots and recommended us to have dinner at the Chu Chu Restaurant nearby where the grilled fish is delicious and valued for money.

Good location but small room normal breakfast not worth to pay this high rate to stay.

Adorei a hospedagem! Mas o que mais me chamou a atenção foi a cordialidade dos funcionários. Sempre muito gentil em atender suas necessidades. Pedi latier check out e atenderam, produto lara limpar uma mancha de roupa e outro momento para passarem minha roupa em cima da hora. E todos os momentos solícitos e atenciosos. Quarto muito confortável. Localização excelente!

A very cute hotel in a central location, with pleasant and welcoming staff. The entrance and lobby (=bar) give the feeling of a 3* hotel, but the room itself is spacious and cozy and the beds are very comfortable.

The breakfast was well organized and laid out. We also thought that the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We just had minor problem with one of the staff members. We needed to change our transfer with the transfer company. He said he would take care of it, but he never called us with the new time like he said he would. Besides that, all the staff members were pleasant and helpful.

Muy limpio y agradable. El desayuno muy rico, mucha fruta, verduras, la panadería rica y muy completo. Está muy bien ubicado y el establecimiento muy seguro! Además tienen restaurantes y un supermercado en la esquina. Realmente muy buen hotel!

Pro: The breakfast buffet (which you pay extra for) was excellent! Major Con: we had no wifi in our room (we were upper floor, away from front desk). When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they just shrugged and said they don’t know why we can’t get it. We are not the only ones - when we checked in, I heard another guest complain about it, but we weren’t in our room yet so I couldn’t test it. This caused me to use a lot of data that I wasn’t planning on.
