Kamer en badkamer zijn prima. Bank mag worxen vernieuwd, je voelt de veren van de zitting. Ook de raamkozijnen verdienen het om vernieuwd te worden.

Spa is lovely. Hotel is quiet, but needs updating.

Room was very dated. Holes in blackout curtains letting light in. Bathroom again dated. Water very slow filling bath, soap out of reach when in bath. Bath towels very soft and big. Tea tray in weird place in wardrobe. Bed very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovley with lots of choice and full English cooked to order. Had a nice overnight stay.

We have stayed here many times , we love the grounds , the breakfast , the Spa and the staff , beds comfortable but the rooms are a little tired and need some TLC .

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the staff! Everyone was amazing. Huge, clean room. Beautiful setting. We can’t wait to visit again

Good breakfast. Easy to park. Rooms clean and if a good size

Half the breakfast menu costs extra, the porridge was like tepid mortar, the continental had sliced white and brown bread only, no bread buns, room 207 was baking hot with no way to cool it, the old leaded windows are characterful but completely warped and can't be closed, half the payment terminals didn't work, and the staff were friendly but inefficient.

Very friendly, dog friendly, perhaps the spa could do with being open an hour earlier at the weekend. Had a fantastic stay !

The room wasn't ready at the advised check in time due to awaiting final cleanliness check. Not sure

Did not use spa. Hotel was no doubt a great asset in the past but has been let down by lack of investment in maintenance and cleaning.

Room was very dated and gym and pool too. Expected way better for the price paid.

I treated my son, his wife and 2 young children (from London) to 2 nights with you, Wednesday and Thursday. They said the staff were excellent - so helpful and friendly. The pool was a big success! They really enjoyed the breakfasts too. They are very keen to return!
