Outdated, small swimming pool. You'll have to drive everywhere.

The receptionist were very helpful and nice! It’s a great way to start your stay.

Very close to the beach, sunbeds included in the price of the room. Very expensive parking close to the hotel. No noise from a street. the staff was horrible. We paid for breakfast but no one told us that it included only a toast and fruits - they agree to change it to salad once - they still owe us money for breakfast. They just lied - otherwise it would be great hotel.

Balfour was a great area for a quick stay in Miami. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and made our trip easy. Its location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping area made it an ideal stay.

It was a great hotel. Walking distance from the beach and they included complementary beach chairs and umbrella.

I would most definitely give this place a 10! Clean. Professional. Friendly.

The room was cute and boys (ahes 9 and 11) loved the bunkbeds but we could hear upstairs clomping around and air conditioned leaked all over the floor. The staff were accommodating and offered to change our room but it was more hassle than it was worth with a 1 night stay

Got bed bug bites while there. Moved to another room that wasn’t what we paid for because the AC was knowingly out and they didn’t say anything I had to go up and tell them. They said they knew but no one would be able to fix. Should have set up accommodations before putting us in the room. Got given another room and was given bed bugs

Pool way too small rooms small but very clean don’t add breakfast because if you like sausages and ham or omelette they don’t have or make a simple cheese omelette they don’t make

On Expedia the price states "includes fees and taxes" but on the receipt it states $45 resort fee due on property. This was frustrating. Then we got into our room and I opened the curtains to find half of the drywall falling down with mold (photo), we moved rooms and our next room had a leaking air conditioner with water all over the front of the wardrobe (the only place to put clothes) and the floor. We finally settled in the 3rd room. They gave us a coupon for a free welcome drink - but didn't tell us it was only for beer and champagne. However, the staff was nice enough - definitely didn't go out of their way to be helpful or offer to help move our bags from room to room.
