Easy check in. Answered all my questions about local dining options. Offered great suggestions and info. Was able to get early che k in due to early arrival from airport. Very close to airport so you can hear planes take off

location was ok. Property needs upgrading, room was partially cleaned (1 bed left un-spread) shower drainage was very slow. friendly staff tho

The price was afforable but some guest were extremely loud definitely not the place to go for relaxation

The room was adequate for my needs. Big reason I booked it was for free airport shuttle and free shuttle to cruise terminal. Nice that it had a fridge and microwave because I typically order in when I travel. A couple of items could have been better. No vanity in the bathroom to set your toiletry kit or whatever. Just a pedestal sink. Couldn't find any Kleenex, had to use toilet paper. Wi-Fi connection kept dropping/disconnecting. If management is reading this I was in room 138.

Close to airport And transport

Loved the shuttle service to the airport. Check in was quick and easy. The room had everything we needed. Dining next door was good. I wished the breakfast started earlier than 8am.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but the decor was showing its age, and the facilities were dingy and mouldy. Great price considering the airport and cruise port transfers were included. Good for those on a tight budget.

The hotel has shuttle go to the cruise ship terminal.

Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, others are lacking, the room was nice but the bathroom smells because of the water
