Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected

Vastly over-priced and surprisingly tired for a relatively new hotel - in room fixtures and amenities felt cheap for the price point. Overall service was very mixed (check in process was not helpful, overall service was slow, the check out process was a lot more friendly)

Lovely hotel, service was 5 Stars, kept room clean throughout the day. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience from check in to check out and everything in between was exceptional. Staff took time to explain things to you, always greeted you with a smile and delivered fantastic customer service.

I didn’t have a great stay I ticked the good star. The thing about the Berkeley is it should be re-named as it bares no resemblance to the original Berkeley Hotel we first stayed in 30 years ago .It has gone through some great changes over the years the Blue bar and Collins room designed by David Collins and didn’t Sir Richard Roger’s design the entrance . Now you have the Collins room area that has nothing to do with the hotel and a strange mash up between the new Emory hotel owned by the May
