十分漂亮的酒店，有个漂亮的花园，有只十分可爱的小猫，位置很方便，门口就有很多餐厅，开到很晚，酒店房间蛮大，干净漂亮

環境及服務一級棒,但停車場轉彎角度太大,不易進入.

we had a13 days trip in Europe. this is the best out of all we ever stayed. great location great service ,great room. definitely a five star.

I don't usually leave written reviews but want to here. If there was a single thing wrong with this hotel we didh't encounter it. Staff went above and beyond. Personal service was exceptionally well delivered. The facilities not only were well conceived and maintained but significantly contributed to the serenity of place. Small touches everywhere. Truly an amazing experience. Kudos.

Hôtel dans un cadre extraordinaire et hors du temps. Piscine incroyable. Chambre un peu vieillotte et dommage que seul du café est proposé en chambre. On aurait pu s'attendre à une bouilloire et du thé dans ce type d'établissement. Personnel très agréable et pro. Je recommande.

A quieter village is a break from tourist crowds in Avignon. The property is a touch of old school Relais and Chateaux. Beautiful grounds for outdoor dining. Several other restaurants in Villeneuve-Les-Avignon village.

For the most part, the staff was not friendly nor welcoming. I booked two rooms at the end of April for a July 19th chicken, chicken, and neither were close to each other. The goal of this trip is to be close to our adult daughters and we were in two separate buildings. We were accommodated on the second night of our trip with two upgraded rooms closer to each other however, the door to our suite broke and we were not able to use that room for that second night. We do commend the one staff member who went out of his way to try and resolve the door issue that night, however it wasn’t possible. The next day, when we went to move our daughters into their new room the staff members on shift at that time questioned whether or not we should actually be able to move into the rooms, questioning our honesty about what had occurred the day before with their colleague overall, we had an OK stay, the pool is lovely and was welcomed on hot days however the menu options at the pool are ridiculous. Nine euros for a can of Coke is not realistic.

This was not a 5 star hotel and description of rooms and hotel is very misleading. We’ve stayed at Relais Chateau hotels in the past and they were very nice. This hotel desperately needs remodeling. We requested an updated room but none were available so it’s clear that they’ve renovated some and not others but don’t disclose that information. For over $500 per night this was a disappointing part of our trip.

One of our favorite places, serene and beautiful with excellent service and a Michelin star restaurant.

Die umgebung ist traumhaft schön der empfang sehr gut das zimmer alt aber bequem nur der Teppich im gang sollte unbedingt gewechselt werden viele flecken und fuer ein 5 dterne hotel geht das gar nicht

Everything was absolutely excellent! The staff was charming, the grounds beautiful and the food- over the top amazing!

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel censé être un 5 étoiles. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été totalement non professionnel : ils ne retrouvaient pas notre réservation et ont même voulu nous refaire payer la chambre. Après de longues minutes de discussion, le problème a été réglé, mais ce fut un vrai calvaire. La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée était sale, ce qui est inacceptable à ce niveau de standing. Seul bon point : après réclamation, nous avons été surclassés — difficile de dire si c’était un geste commercial ou une simple nécessité face au manque de propreté. En résumé : prestations loin d’être à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Service désorganisé, accueil déplorable, manque de rigueur… Nous ne reviendrons pas.
