Stayed for 2 nights, very relaxing peaceful place. Nice and friendly staff

Nice resort that is aging and needs updates to facilities and menus

Our initial accomodation was overbooked, Expedia managed to get us a room with a enormous price difference at The Westin la Quinta. Ofcourse we felt lucky and we enjoyed our stay. Especially because it was way outside of our budget limit. The pueblo is very quiet, but there are other pueblos nearby where you can have fun with the native folks of Malaga. The rooms at The Westin la Quinta were adjust to a nice cool temperature suited for healthy night rest. And my apologies for my son who took a shower in the bad instead of in the shower. We had to dry up the floor with clean towels from all the water. Conclusion, way out of our budget, but definitely worth the price.

Food at the restaurant not 5 stars quality at all. Poor TV programs choice. Noisy sometimes.

The room was advertised as suitable for 4 people but the beds we too small to fit two adults comfortably. The room was dirty and had not been cleaned properly after the previous guests and was not cleaned adequately each day - dirty cups were not taken and dustbins were not emptied. By the pool tables were not cleaned and outside dustbins were not emptied regularly. You had to pay for the kids club which was surprising. A very disappointing stay and definitely NOT a 5* hotel. I would not go back again.

My second stay at the Hotel. All was very good overall, room quality & comfort, staff service & friendliness & the layout of the Hotel with its beautiful green areas. One comment was that due to the pandemic, there is no breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the alternative menu was not prepared well. However, I stress that this was due to current circumstances. The Hotel was mostly empty & for this reason, for guests this is a perfect time to visit.

The hotel renovated the common areas and some parts of the rooms but it was all mainly cosmetic. The guest rooms bathrooms are old and worn out and the property shows signs of wear and tear everywhere. The grounds are nice but require more maintenance and while the staff was really nice they were understaffed. I’m not sure this is a 5 start property compared to some of the other choices in the area.

Great stay, as expected

Absolutely fabulous service at a gorgeous hotel. The staff were all so friendly and polite and treated our two kids so well. The spa is beautiful and the spa circuit represents great value. Location very convenient for Marbella and Benahavis - especially if you have a car. A couple of little niggles - no water in our room , slightly untidy terrace area (bottle caps from previous guests I assume) and Do Not Disturb ignored (crucial with napping children!) but everything else was so good we could happily overlook. Our daughter loved the pool and it was a quiet haven in the morning. The staff absolutely make this hotel - true 5* welcome and service.

Not a 5 star hotel in any way. 3.5 stars max. €50 breakfast that was subpar. Room's were poorly cleaned and not daily.
