I love how close this property was to the convention center. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

When I arrived at the hotel I learned about a $42 parking fee that I wasn't made aware of prior to booking through this site online. I booked 2 rooms and requested they be adjoining with a crib in one. Upon checking in, the hotel informed me that online requests aren't passed on to them and the 2 rooms were on different floors. Accommodations were made to get the rooms on the same floor but I given a cheaper room the hotel was unable to give me the difference for. I probably won't book through this site again.

🅿️ was not good and valet was far too expensive considering I did park overnight 1 block away for 1/2 the valet cost. But the hotel was nice, there's no way you could have decreased the noise from outside. . . The gym could use an update. . .but everything else was a 5/5!

The thing that set this property apart was the incredible staff! From the valets to the front desk staff, everyone was polite, kind, and respectful at every turn. They even went so far as to text and check on us and our experience after checking in and asking if we let them know if there was anything they could do, making sure we had an open channel of communication for anything during our entire stay. We didn’t realize we arrived about 20 min early and they were incredible about it! Also, being a disabled vet, they were incredibly thoughtful and helpful at every turn, managing to stay very respectful in every way. The corner room was very well maintained and laid out with a really nice view on both sides.

The custodian/repairman was extremely helpful and friendly.

The receptionist last evening was amazing. I didn’t get her name but she worked the register by the window. She was helpful pleasant and made my family feel welcome. The lady working the breakfast station was so nice and helpful. Overall 10 out 10 for the staff.

Room was clean however 1 fixture in the room did not work. Bedside USB Plugs in the room did not work. Parking was overpriced for the area. We ended up parking at the Hilton half a block down the street for $25 a night versus the $43 a night with mandatory valet with no self parking. One of the waffle irons was in the process of breaking as well. Otherwise the staff was nice and the breakfast was as expected.

Loved the location, but the fan for the AC/heat was very loud and couldn’t be turned off. It was not a restful night.

Nice arts area of Columbus. Terrible street noise all night long.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was great front desk clerk Clifford needs to be cloned. The front desk staff was so accommodating and it was a crazy busy weekend and they were always pleasant and ready to help. The room was nice, breakfast was good. Planning to return to this hotel for next year’s competition.
