Todo bien solamente que el precio me salió 3 mil pesos más que otros familiares que contrataron el mismo paquete incluyendo avión, ida y vuelta así como los mismo días del hotel el ejecutivo.

Excelente todo servicio, los recepcionistas muy amables, los alimentos todo excelente

El desayuno le falta sazón a los platillos y la fruta un poco dura

There was a lot mold all over the windows, curtains, and in the shower. The staff was very understandable and then moved us to a room with a lot less mold

Céntrico, buena atención

The hotel is functional. Period. Not so many amenities, the location it's good however rooms are outdated and in less than acceptable condition. Bed is comfortable, staff is nice and friendly in majority. Rooms are loud meaning you WILL hear what's happening next door. Cheap but again, you get what you pay for. They definitely have awesome photographers because rooms don't look like in the pictures. They are smaller.

It was a very pleasant stay

Hotel El Ejecutivo is a very basic, dated property that is starting to show its age. The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin, and I could hear almost every conversation and movement from other guests on my floor. The staff also seemed quite indifferent and weren't particularly welcoming. A strange but notable downside: the shower pressure was so intense it was actually painful. The only real reason to stay here is the location—only book this if you absolutely need to be near Reforma and are looking for the lowest possible price.
