This hotel is in a great location being just a short walk from Laugavegur and the hotel staff was excellent. The room was clean and orderly.

The ataff was happy to answer any question and point you in the right direction. It was very clean and my room was quiet.

We went to Iceland for a 30th anniversary trip but also to spendtime with family. We had a wonderful time there. The hotel was very accommodating with a great breakfast to start the day. There was so much variety to choose from. Yulia was so helpful and fun to talk to. We loved being there

Breakfast was amazing and sets you up for the day. Staff are very helpful and personable. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel. It's a short walk to bus stop 13 by but Foss Hotel Lind is nearer if you have mobility issues.

Great room! We got the King sofa bed suite. It was huge! Very clean and well kept. Thank you!

The staff and breakfast buffet are wonderful. The room we had was fine and clean. It’s just not in great shape. The beds and pull out couch (kids slept on this) were old and not comfortable. The toilet seat was stained, the wallpaper was falling off in places. But it’s a great location - near busy stop 13 for tours. We really spent no time in our room as we were out walking to see the city. We could walk down to the water in 20 minutes. Near a 10-11 for snacks, lots of restaurants. If they could invest in some new beds I would even give it a 5.

I had a wonderful stay here as it was directly by all the main attractions I wanted to see.

Staff were very nice & helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fantastic & let us check in early which was really nice of them. Thank you!

Pretty clean and the location is good but they forgot to put the hair dryer in the room and there was no shampoo ( only body wash)

Staff was wonderful! Only complaint is that the smoke alarm went off in the hotel due to a toaster! Got up at 7AM because someone in the dining room wanted crispy toast. So you're definitely safe here since their smoke alarms work really well.

The parking garage for the hotel was a little complicated to easily get in and out of due to having to get out of car and get a staff member to open the gate.

Location is good but not the best, a little bit of a walk to shopping and food. The room however was great as well as the breakfast

Nice location with different dining options around. Bathroom a bit aged. Breakfast was great!

We requested room service per their instructions. Trash was emptied, beds made, and fresh towels. But dirty dishes were not removed or replaced.

Fantastic spur of the moment hotel. Very nice staff. Free parking across the street WHEN AVAILABLE. Excellent amenities.

Pretty good place. Only downside was we had to walk through the breakfast area to our room.

Our room was freezing and no way to adjust the heat. The only heat source was the bathroom floor. Glad we were only staying her for 1 night. The front desk staff was very friendly.
