It is a good and proper hotel with all the basic facilities ready for use. Location is great too.

I had a less-than-satisfactory experience here:- The rooms were small and outdated.- Basic bathroom amenities were lacking, especially - the absence of a bidet spray for the toilet.- There were few lights in the room, and the yellow lighting made the atmosphere very gloomy. The only positive point is the location.

Letak hotel sangat strategis karena di sebelah Big C yang buka sampai jam 2 malam. Di Big C kita bisa membeli berbagai macam oleh-oleh makanan. Berharap dapat double bed, tapi dikasih twin bed. Saat keluar lift ada bau yang bikin mual di lorong hotel, meski begitu ruangan tidak ada masalah. Makanan enak meski tidak banyak pilihan.

Need renovations, No bidet shower

Hotelnya bagus, strategis, tapi sayang toilet tidak ada bidet, dan shower-nya bukan yang selang, tapi pancuran tembok di atas bathtub. Jadi, agak susah buat saya yang kalau ke toilet mau cebok/bersih-bersih.

Hotel bersih, namun sedikit tua, lokasi sangat strategis, persis sebelah Big C dan di seberang Cetral World ada sky walk yang nyambung ke Siam Paragon, Pratunam: L.
