room was not on par with lobby area and restaurant

Great staff. Clean room. Room was very small and needed dome minor maintenance. Staff held our baggage until we left for the airport.

Room was neat and clean though a little dated. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Good breakfast and location was great plenty choices for restaurants, would stay again.

Central location, clean room, friendly staff and great breakfast. The lobby area and the solarium (6th floor outdoor area) are nice places to hang out. The room is spacious but the bathroom is outdated. The light fixture is broken and the light switch is outside the bathroom.

O café é ótimo, só o espaço para pegar e as mesas muito próximas

Excelente limpieza, habitación amplia, buena condición del edificio, personal amable.

Café da manhã com coisas excelentes, apesar de sempre serem a mesma. A banheira comporta bem uma pessoa, mas há uma certa dificuldade em se achar a temperatura adequada do chuveiro. Equipe atenciosa e cordial.
