If you want a peaceful stay at a great price ,then this is the hotel for you. Hidden away gem of a hotel ,I will definitely stay here again when in King's Lynn .

The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. Bathrooms were clean and had shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Check out was a different experience and the man at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Did not use the restaurant or bar. I would stay again if in the area. Make sure you register your car at check in in the lobby. I had heard of people getting tickets.

The room was comfortable and the staff were pleasant and professional, however I was left wanting for breakfast. It had the standard cereal and pastries but the cooked breakfast only had sausage, bacon, scrambled egg and beans

The reception staff in the evening very helpful and parking was good, The food in evening wasn’t great. The room was clean and really good shower. The breakfast was good.

Clean lovely nights sleep, very quiet. Parking free., would stop again if in the area

Rooms too dark

Second time staying here and was as great as last time. Room perfectly equipped, clean and comfortable, good choices for breakfast and food fresh and hot. Plenary of free on site parking. Will stay here again

Room was clean. Hotel was in good condition and very cosy with all the Christmas lights

Great hotel in a relatively quiet location. The bed and the linen were great and the room very clean. Breakfast wasn't brilliant, most of the hot food seems to have been waiting around for a while being dry and lukewarm.

Everything was great. Check in fast and polite, room clean and nice bathroom with lovely shower, WiFi fast, TV channels easily selectable and bed comfy and breakfast was good. Definitely come back.

I was very pleased with the hotel, a lot better than the Travel lodge I stayed in the previous day. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very nice and quiet rooms with everything you would need on hand.

Room was spotless. Had everything we could need. Comfy bed. Very good shower. Big tv, kettle and hostess tray. Very dark at night and no noise. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t fault it.

5 one night stays over 5 weeks, room always clean, staff always friendly, breakfast always good. Loved the Katsu chicken and honeycomb cheesecake.

Overall it was a very good overnight stay
