因故臨時轉住DreamTel，原本給予地下室的房間，結果必須每晚多加30英鎊才轉至2樓房。房床墊扁塌不好睡，清潔度不佳，整體設備差，無冰箱，CP值極低，建議避免入住。

location is good, convenient to underground station; but room is really tiny and pulic area is very limited; not acceptable

The room's insulation is too bad. The train noise are loudly from 6:00AM until 1:00AM. Only 5 hours can good sleep. Room clean from 8:00AM, and insulation bad and bad. The fitted sheet and duvet cover are not change everyday. It's just a nightmare for us. But, location is pretty good.

Staff on reception were unhelpful- didn’t seem professional- sat outside socialising as guests arriving. Really unprofessional and poor hospitality.

The photos on the website are misleading — the rooms are much smaller than they appear, and there’s barely any space to store luggage. The location, however, is excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby, and the train station is only a block away. Housekeeping serviced the room daily, which was appreciated

Very good location, clean room

La ubicación es muy buena, hay una estación de metro (Earls Court) a 2 minutos, muchos bares y restaurantes. Lo peor es que la habitación era muy pequeña, dos personas entraban justas. Por lo demás todo bien, el personal agradable y la habitación estaba limpia.

Our room was right beside a train track so we could hear trains all night! Good area, nice staff. Watwr and tea in room.

Room seemed clean but was in need of repair. Floor was coming up. Air conditioning didn't work and tiles grouting was discoloured. Bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel was closed to shops etc, lots of vans and trucks arrived during the night, making it noisy as we had to have windows open as air conditioning didn't work.

Great location as it's a 3 minute walk to the tube. Room was small but clean. Ideal value if stopping over for a night or 2. Singal poor at times if watching the TV.

Couldn’t alter the temperature of my room - no heating or A/C without the explicit say so of reception. Ridiculous

Reception was unfriendly and not helpful. The room stunk of cigarettes. The shower had no pressure. Would not recommend this place unless you have not other option.

There was a very nice person at the front desk for check in and who also helped to try and find the heater switch. Room was so very small and the bed placed right by the wall and window. Could not tuck in the duvet and it kept falling off. Radiator not accessible, staff tried to help but fortunately it got warmer so did not need it the second day. Underground station is very close and there is a wide diverse variety of restaurants close to the hotel Can hear the underground trains from the room, but not too bothersome. Creaky stairs outside my room I think too expensive for this size room and I am sure the larger rooms are more comfortable

Heating is controlled manually by reception which is strange. Room either too cold or too hot.

Hotel que entrega exatamente o que promete, como está no anúncio. Elevador bom, que é essencial. Ar condicionado funciona bem. Cama confortável. Banheiro bom. Quartos dos fundos tem barulho do metro, mas não nos atrapalhou dormir. Não tem café. Limpo e não tem cheiro de cigarro.
