Everything,our original room was up a few flight of stairs which my wife was struggling with,reception swapped rooms,nothing was a problem for them,very helpful.

Very nice room with a bath in the bathroom every day friendly staff, great breakfast and very central. Great room rate and close to some nice pubs and restaurants.

I came home covered in bed bug bites.

A mixed review - great location and lovely staff. Arrived to a twin room rather than a double as booked but reception got this sorted very quickly. There was a Christmas party so we were not able to have dinner in the hotel Olympia suite which was part of the reason we booked the hotel so disappointing. We were also not able to have breakfast at the time we wanted due to the large party only giving the options of 8:30am or 10am which was a shame. The room itself was nice, very basic but was fine for one night. The bathroom was basic however the bath and shower were not clean thankfully only there for one night so avoided having a shower due to the cleanliness issue. Duvet was very heavy meaning it was very hot overnight so neither of us had a good night sleep. Such a shame about the negatives as it was such a good location and the staff were very pleasant

Room was huge, good facilities. Breakfast was buffet on 2 out of 3 mornings so only alternative to full English on 1 morning.

The breakfast I had was in the Olympic restaurant. It was an amazing room to be in, so full of history. The staff were very friendly and efficient and my meal was delicious.

Another lovely stay at the White Swan. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good in the Olympic room which is a remarkable venue from the Titanic's sister ship.

The room was old and a bit dated. Clean but with old stains in the sink and mismatched devans etc. The room was quiet and the bed comfy. The bathroom was very small but functional. There should be a warning sign over the hot water tap as it was actually scalding hot. Breakfast was fine but the cooked selection cold and the eggs rubbery.

We were in room 7 which was in the adjacent wing of the Hotel. Unfortunately we were unable to park in the Hotel's car park as it was full, but managed to park in the free car park located behind the hotel.

Staff very friendly. Stunning dining room. Bedroom all facilities good standard. Great location on High Street and free parking.

Had a good weekend at the white swan. Room was clean ,parking was easy . Staff were helpful and friendly . We will return again . Darren

Room was clean enough. Shower was ok. Shower curtain had stain on it though, ugggh😕🚿. Would have preferred separate shower cubicle. Mother in laws room appeared to have a faulty radiator. Pretty basic room with no stand out features. It was ok for the price.

Plenty of healthy options at breakfast. Clean room but the bathroom needs an overhaul as do room furnshings. Very friendly staff, very efficient

Very limited parking on site behind hotel. Alternative disc parking, car park C. Public areas presentable. Room 107 very tired.

It was very good as usual. We have been there many times and it is good value for money as well with a nice breakfast which is personalised.
