Good location, close to San Marco

The room was spotless, the shower was great and breakfast was spot on. Prime location, steps from all the hot spots of San Marco. On the downside the rooms were not well soundproofed and although housekeeping was excellent, they were loud and early. Additionally the restroom near the lobby was in a bad state. Zimmer war sehr schön, der Ausblick genial auf den Kanal mit Gondeln und Möwen. Perfekte Lage und das Personal sehr nett. Ausgesprochen gutes Frühstück

Quarto super espaçoso, limpo e bem decorado. Café da manhã ótimo. Localização muito acessível. A estadia foi perfeita.

First let me say I’m sad to give a bad review because there are so many things right about the hotel. Location is great, breakfast is good, room is clean and one of best showers encountered on euro trip. Staff was very friendly and would be my new go to hotel in Venice with the exception of the pillows. They were like two thin bags of cement. Hardest I’ve ever encountered, so called the desk late at night asking for softer ones and they sent up two more of the same. They came quickly and if you like very hard pillows this is a perfect hotel for all the reasons mentioned above but if you don’t and a good nights sleep is important to you then probably not the right place.

A localização é fantástica e o custo/benefício excelente. Os quartos são amplos e decorados com extremo bom gosto. Os funcionários são simpáticos e antecipam nossas necessidades, fazendo o possível para melhorar a experiência do hóspede. Recomendo enfaticamente e pretendo voltar em breve.

Hotel super bem localizado a poucos metros do Duomo, com pier para facilitar a entrada e saida, funcionários educados, quartos enormes,cama muito confortável, limpeza excelente, amenities de excelente qualidade, elevadores, vista dos nossos quarto maravilhosa, voltada para o canal, recomendo pelo conforto, localização, limpeza, atendimento e tamnho e beleza dos quartos e demais areas do hotel,mas a localização essa é o ponto forte, no melhor e mais atrativo da cindade.

Room bedsheets n pillow cases were not changed during our 4 nite stay. Requested for higher floor more than 6 months ago not granted. Had to put up with noise and rooms are poorly sound proof. Breakfast can be improved.

客室は清潔で、スタッフとも気持ちよい挨拶とコミュニケーションができました。 部屋は１階だったため（雨の日など）は道路のノイズが気になるときもありましたが、街なかなのですから当然だと理解しました。 朝食会場の環境（５階）はすばらしく、パンテオンを見下ろしながら食事することができます。 バッフェに並んでいる食材にも満足しました。

Rummet var väldigt personligt och mysigt, men lite slitet. Dock rent.

清潔で部屋も広くて探しやすかったです。 朝ごはんもとっても美味しくて、チョコクロワッサンが特に美味しかったです。 また泊まりたいと思いました。

Breakfast was good, limited variety but more than good enough. Staff were always polite and welcoming. Room was in perfect condition, lots of space and the hotel is in a perfect location.
