房間環境一般。不太清潔，水龍頭鬆到好似就壞。浴缸去水塞。我們住3晚，最後1晚竟然沒有清理房間。打電話去前台，只给我新毛巾就算。

Poor sound insulation. I can hear people talking and walking in the hallway very clear. The door does not stop any sound.

Hotel is poorly maintained and poorly managed. It is a great location and we got a good nights sleep. Rooms are about 20 years overdue for a complete renovation. Taps, sinks and countertops in poor condition. Cleaning was marginally good, but a few wipes with a white cloth revealed mold and mildew. Coffee pot did not work when pressed on 2nd brew. Curtains did not block light. Staff smoking outside. Garbage can was full.

Generally speaking the hotel is trying to improve for sure. Money was definitely spent to upgrade and it looks nice and clean. HOWEVER, I am pretty sure I saw a bed bug in the morning daylight! When reading reviews after the fact, looks like this place has a history of bed bug infestations. And it was a baby bed bug, so the renos will go to waste in short order. Put everything you own into a plastic bags and get it all exposed to high heat. Very disappointing.

We stayed in an “executive room.” It was very quiet, on the second floor. The property is located near so many restaurants. The only elevator is near the reception area but the room was on the other side of the building. It was a long walk with luggage. There are stairs near the room, so if you have small bags, no problem.

Terrible experience with a couple of the old people that feel they own pool and hot tub area, not letting the guests enjoy for what we pay. I reported to the young lady at the pool desk but also at the main front desk… Hopefully they will take some action to stop this wrong behavior that clearly affects this hotel image. We won’t come back here never ever again. Laura M.

Breakfast was decent and free parking is nice. The lobby is great, and pool amenities. Staff are very nice. However, this hotel is outdated. The rooms, hallways smells. The washrooms and elevators are small and need to be maintained. Location is perfect but overall I think it’s over priced for the comfort and cleanliness it offers.

Staff were so friendly, engaging to families, and made the stay worth it. Rooms are musty, beds are super comfy.

The room was clean and the staff at check - in and out were very professional and friendly. While we did not use any of the onsite amenities - pool etc we enjoyed the included breakfast. If you are considering attending the Shaw in Niagara - on - the - Lake this hotel is within easy driving distance (20 mins) and well priced.

Desk staff was great. Breakfast… well it’s included. So it’s passable. The hotel needs to fix and clean certain areas. Cleaning staff. Kind of ok. But it’s not great.

Booked the night for my son and his friends to save commuter time for work. Staff was very helpful getting them checked in and out, they got great use of the amenities.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They always had a smile for you. I really appreciated that the front desk lady switched our room to an inner room that faced the courtyard instead of the road. It helped with having a way to entertain my young child in a safe environment. Sad the outdoor pool was closed. My husband appreciated that there is a full gym available for guests. I had looked forward to the aquafit class but the instructor was on holidays. The remote to the tv didn’t work and staff replaced it quickly. Which was nice. It was nice to see that the food for the complimentary breakfast was rotated daily. There was a girl training in the restaurant during breakfast. I don’t know if it was that she was training or just her personality but she was great. Really on the ball about making sure the food was topped up and that plates were cleared in a timely manner. It was noticeable when she wasn’t working. Some negatives are the lack of overhead lighting in the room. The bathroom light switch was outside of the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was a real pain as you had little room to scoot around it to get in to the bathroom.

Older BW hotel so definitely not worth the $320/night I payed.

Good breakfast. Little run down in halls but room was clean. One EV parking spot.
