Average choice for business trip!!!

有点吵，早餐可以拿到房间里去吃，在目前大多数酒店都不提供早餐的情况下还是挺贴心的服务。

Very, very poor check-in experience, the Indian man at the front desk has a very poor attitude, rude, at least no greeting, no response to saying thank you, and the first day of check-in by sending a message to the hotel to respond to the air-conditioned room The air conditioner is very loud, very noisy, and there is no reply. Until now, there has been no reply. The ladies have excellent service. This is a three-star hotel. I didn't expect the men's service that night to be so bad. hotel.

nice location and clean /cozy room ; friendly staff . Air-con /Fridge a bit noisy but in general it's good.

The room was clean, the staff was nice, everything was expected.

The property confirmed it had a shuttle that could take us to the shoreline Amphitheatre. So we booked two rooms. Upon arrival, we were told 1) there is not shuttle and 2) they don’t have a permit to go to shoreline. If you don’t need the shuttle, it’s okay. Just not a fan of the rope a dope.

The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful- so friendly and engaging. The room was super clean. The hotel was outdated and need of some updating but was a solid choice. I appreciated the good price, cleanliness and friendliness!

The toilet in the bathroom was not cleaned. When I checked in, I was told the hotel was overbooked and was sent to another hotel. I had to pay the fee for lyft.

The check-in process took a very long time. The hotel was fully booked as there was a concert at the Levi Stadium. We waited for more than 25 minutes. There was only one staff member in Reception. Around 3:20ish, another staff member came in, but her computer had issues, so it took another 15 minutes before she could check in guests. Aside from the check-in, which we were disappointed with, the room was fine, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent.
