+ Staff’s response is great. + Breakfast good. + Room is spacious and clean. + Location is near to Tram and bus station. + Price is affordable in high season. - Had elevator issues for days, people queue to use elevator. - The staffs communication need to be improved. - Request newspaper but it didn’t come. - They didn’t make up my room until 4 PM. When I complained, they said will do it soon. I came back later at 6 PM and it didn’t done yet, after we called for the second time, they came in 10 minutes and did the room. It happened on 3rd day. - Didn’t feel like other Okura hotel’s quality standard. Will back again if we’re going to Amsterdam.
