The hotel and room were clean and quiet. The hotel is an older hotel, but has been renovated. The pool is an outdoor pool. We would stay here again.

The property was nice but I was expecting a larger room and it would help to have a smiling face in the dining area instead a look as though, why are you here bothering me, I wish you would leave it 10 till 9. I need to get this place cleaned up. Now mind you, this was not said! That was the impression I received. Zero interest in welcoming guest. Just doing my job and get out of here!

Bathroom even had a fan. Breakfast was as expected.

Everything and everyone was very frendly,and helpful, the pool was clean and enjoyable would definitely go back.

We stayed for 2 nights and were very pleased with our experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast each morning had a nice variety of items and was very good and convenient. Housekeeping was also very accommodating and friendly. I left a note requesting extra towels and some toiletries and came back to plenty. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel was only a short drive from Point Mallard Water Park, which was the reason for our stay. We are very picky about hotels and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a good stay. The room had weird smells, the room my kids stayed in smelled like you walked into a subway and our room smelled like a funeral home. Our key cards had to be rekeyed several times. Pool was nice and breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and most importantly for us, close to the ballpark.

Worst stay ever!

Overall, for a quick one night stay, it was ok. Smelt musty, but room was clean. Easy to park and enter. Good price. Breakfast was ok, could have had a few more options.

Wonderful, clean, extremely comfortable beds, lovely staff, standard hot breakfast items (waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, coffee and juices). Very accommodating! Would definitely stay again! Safe area.
