After staying for two days, I noticed that I had many bites on my arms, hands, and upper body after the first night, and it was quite itchy. Despite reporting it to the front desk and management, there was no response or follow-up. Very disappointed with such service.

Compliments to staff at check out We did have a few hangups but staff completely satisfied those ituations

Rooms were clean, comfortable beds. Front desk staff were often not to be found. Breakfast should be included with the stay ($15 for the same food options offered at no extra cost at other hotels...really?)

The thing that sets this hotel apart from many others is they serve a "real" breakfast and they have an abundance of parking. Top shelf in every way. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the stay was great. The only thing that was a little off was they didnt have Netflix or a smart TV options though they did have HBO but with kids its nice to have Netflix or to be able to stream to the TV. Very clean and again the staff were all great. If they can upgrade the elevators and some of the work out equipment it wouldve been a 10/10 but I would give them a solid 8/10 and definitely worth the stay.

Nice place. Too bad it was built next to the train tracks. Lots of loud trains late in the night. Lousy place to sleep.

Not enough staff at the front desk so we couldn't always get service. Not enough towels in the room, couldn't get more.

The bathroom had a strange odor. The bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioners noise almost surpassed the noise of the hourly trains that passed right next to our window. One elevator was broken so it took a lot longer to get up to the 5th floor. Woke up more tired and sore than we went to bed.

Felt comfortable and safe staying here. Was able to do laundry at a reasonable cost.

It was a late night over night stay with my partner and I. Hotel was clean and quite bed qas comfy room was good size and quality for price paid

Booked in advance, nothing was mentioned about the hotel being under construction. Rooms were clean, however when I arrived the king/bed previously reserved, I was told there were none available.

Clean rooms. Great location. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

What I did like about the property is the convenience and friendly people who work there.

It was a very pleasant stay and the hotel was amazing for the price.

This location fit my needs. The staff was extra helpful exceptional. I loved the bottled shampoo and soap too.
