The hotel was being renovated and the room felt old and dirty. The halls were not worthy of being open for guests. The carpet was old and used as a construction site. Hard to believe the city would allow this. Hotels.com nor the hotel chain informed me and had to find out by showing up. Not fair to the customer.

We had poor directions from google. We tried to telephone the hotel and speak to someone at the property, but were never able to reach them by phone. It kept going to reservation.

It was great! Clean and welcoming along with the short walk to the event center

The Staff are always very friendly and courteous. I have stayed at Comfort Inn the last couple of years.

Good views of the river, capital, and within walking distance to several event areas.

Was a fresh wet booger on the furniture and got on my daughter Bathroom had dirt or something to that effect on top of toilet in bathtub and on towel

Bathroom was dirty around the toliet on the floor, the room smelled like a cigarette. The 4th floor was dirty from a remodel.

Parking is very easy and convenient walking to the Casey Center for concerts. Will be glad when remodeling is done, definitely needs updated.

Very clean room. Excellent breakfast. Easy check in and check out.

Really like the location. Stay here whenever were in town. King room w/ river view, nice and spacious. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Remodel but good

Easy access right off the interstate with plenty of parking and a great view of the river. Our room was not the cleanest and was a non smoking room that smelled of cigarettes on arrival. It was fine for one night last minute but a bit pricey given the condition of the room. Breakfast in the morning was adequate.

Had to wait to get our keys for the room & were made to stay in the lobby for a half hour til they made sure our keys worked. When we did get to the room it was hard to find the lights to turn them on. Entering the restroom the toilt seat was ready to fall off. Why didn't the maids see this while cleaning or didn't they ckean the toilet? Went to let the front desk know & found that therir maintenance people had left for the day so they gave me tools to fix it myself. So you tell me no one else working there course go fix it? So make the people paying for the room do it! Not a good thing.
