We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure was very strong, but the leaking was inevitable too. This resulted in a very humid room with weak ventilation. And the toilet was kind of hard to flush. The room itself was reasonable. It was definitely comfortable. We were also surprised by the movie entertainment offered. Breakfast was very nice too. We often got a window table with a sea view.

Great hotel but the main reason why I reserved was because of the spa which was fully booked so we couldn’t use it. Also the garage was also full and equally we had to park elsewhere..

Fantastic hotel, perfect location and everyone was really friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and overall really enjoyed our stay.

The Grand old lady of Brighton never disappoints. Always a lovely stay and the door staff and concierge are so friendly, always making us feel special.

Great hotel. Great room service. Food was lovely. Had a sea view room on 4th floor. Only thing would be to remove the silly dressing table from the room so we could sit in the bay window. Its just not necessary in the room.

Stayed the 1 night had the Sunday Roast which was very good , good portions too except for a baby scoop of Ice Cream with the dessert! . Buffet breakfast was extremely good . Room was big and amazing bathroom .

The Sweet was wonderful, view excellent Service great .. staff immaculate. All made for a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely return to the Grand Hotel. Thank you all so much .😁

Great vibe, luxurious rooms!

Hotel in great location and room was clean and modern. Bar was good with a large selection of drinks and some food. Afternoon tea was great in the conservatory overlooking the sea front. I would definitely recommend staying.

Lovely

We didn’t actually get to go due to my disabled son being in hospital with mental health. I held back hoping that I was going to get a break away but emailed the hotel the Friday evening before our stay. It’s been difficult to call due to supporting my son. I have had no reply from the hotel to acknowledge my email and for a 5 star hotel I think it’s disgusting and I am very disappointed. I have stayed here once before as a treat and was looking forward to going again but unfortunately these things happen.

Clean room. Very lovely and warm staff very good management team and l really enjoyed my the time my little one. Everything was amazing and l can not wait to good back. The room 424 have the best seaview.
