Hotel is in a good location and staff were efficient courteous. Public areas far too warm. Single rooms rather tired and in need of refurbishment. Other rooms spacious and well equipped but rooms overlooking street noisy. Also, rooms too warm and needed to open window to cool as no way to change temperature in room. Breakfast very good, but PLEASE get rid of musak. There is no need and peace and quiet much preferred. I booked 4 rooms for a party of four and I'm responding on behalf of all of us.

Hotel in great location. Breakfast was nice. Room a bit tired and maybe needs and update, but was clean and comfortable.

A nice hotel right at the edge of the market Square. A perfect location to walk the city for a few hours, stop back at the hotel and take a little nap, and then head out again. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. I'm much appreciated the coffee maker in the room. I have a single room and it's really perfect for one person.

Gedateerd hotel zonder airconditioning en een slecht werkende douche geen warmwater Wij hadden een kamer aan de voorkant en door de warmte moesten we de ramen open laten echter de straat bestond uit kasseien dus de hele nacht herrie van het verkeer Kamer had goede opp en was schoon met goede bedden

I paid the room but I moved to a different hotel as there was no air conditioning, so impossible to sleep with this weather. Incredible that a chain as NH has rooms without airco. At least this should be clearly mentioned in the hotel profile.

Elevator was as old and slow as almost wrecked. In repair some moments during stay so I had to use stairs to 5th(EU) = 6th(US) floor room of mine!

Leuk hotel in de stad

Beautiful city and the hotel is located in a really good location. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. However the rooms were a little dated and in need of some upgrades. We stopped over for a night and its a good hotel to spend a night and explore the lovely city.

Staff friendly and an excellent location. I booked a single room which was spacious. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. I had two issues, one the main light didnt work in the room. It was ok for me as I used the room as purely somewhere to sleep but it was hard too see with just the light from the bathroom. Also my room backed on to the lift shaft which was loud, you heard the lift everytime it was used or the doors banged. Wasnt great to hear at 6am! Overall I would probably stay here again

Nice and spacious room in central location close to the historic part of town. Coffee machine in the room didn't work, friendly staff tried fixing it without success but gave me a coffee from the restaurant. I was informed parking is charged per day however I was charged for 2 nights (and 2 days) while I arrived in the evening and left early morning.
