Nice hotel. Great location to walk to everything. Staff was very friendly except the ladies who serve breakfast. They are very rude. Rooms are very small and the beds super hard and uncomfortable.

Friendly staff. Terrific breakfast buffet. One of the best I’ve been to.

Great location for wlaking around to all of the tourist spots in the Gothic quarter. Unfortunately, it is located on a very busy street with a lot of noise all hours of the day and night. If you need a quiet place to sleep, make sure your room is not facing the street.

Arriving well before check-in after a cruise, I was met with friendly and efficient service, and my luggage was safely stored. My room was clean and well-supplied, though I was disappointed by the thin walls, which allowed significant noise from neighboring rooms. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. However, the most significant event was the theft of my phone while I was out. Without my laptop, I was in a difficult situation, but the hotel's reception staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted me in contacting my spouse in the US, allowing me to remotely erase my phone data. Their prompt and compassionate response was truly appreciated.

Very good hotel in a good location. First floor front side was a bit noisy, but otherwise great stay.

I highly recommend the property. Everything is walking distance. Staff are excellent! They all need to be recognized. Property is very clean and surroundings are safe. The Metro is just right around the corner. Thank you everyone! We will be back!

Only complaint is that you can hear all the street noise from the rooms on the street. Our other room was interior (looked out onto a little green space) and that room was very quiet. Great location for dining, shopping, walking and public transport.

The hotel is in a nice location, the rooms are clean, and the staff is very helpful. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because of their breakfast. It should have been better, as there were limited options for vegetarians.
