This hotel is the best one I have ever stayed. All staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety. The location is also very good and is only 5-10 min away from most attractions in Bergen.

The good - The breakfast had a wide range of selections. It was good but don't come towards the end because food wasn't refilled or it was left sitting for a super long time. So dried out or soggy. Wifi was great no issues. Room was clean. The conference center was great as well. The not so great. Bed was awful. Rooms seemed largely just older and need some TLC. Nowhere to put any clothes so a week long stay you just live out of your suitcase on the floor. Hotel was nice but rooms were just not great.

Breakfast was great. That’s about it. Rooms are old, carpet dirty, tv barely works. Bathroom has no plugs/outlet. Parking was far and expensive, but the location is okay. Sad. Do not recommend.

Property is a bit outdated, but it was the best bed I’ve had for awhile.

It was ok. The reception help could be better. Had to go to and from the reception to the room which was pretty far

There were hairs still in the sink and on one of the beds. The light switch to the bed reading lights didn’t stay on if you turned the overhead lights off, the heater didn’t stay on and the windows were draughty. It seems like the place is undergoing renovations. It seemed like half the room had been painted. The bed was comfortable. Location was good.

The layout with two sections to the building on opposite sides of the road was a bit odd. No kettle in the room for tea but facilities on ground floor. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety and good presentation.

Veldig fint opphold. Kom tidlig og tenkte å sette fra oss bagasjen, men fikk sjekket inn og gått på rommet før tiden. Fin størrelse på familierommet. Dusjen var ikke den reneste. God frokost som vi kunne nyte lenge uten å stresse.
