The room was very old and outdated. The lamps in the room was not functioning. The best thing about your stay was the breakfast. Situated in Bergen city centre, it was still a nice experience

Meget bra froksost. Hadde vært fint om personalet i resepsjonen hadde informert om tider for froksost og at ev renhold/bytte av håndklær måtte bookes. Vi hadde tre overnattinger.

Really good breakfast with lots of choice. My room was really comfortable with good black out curtains and a great view. The reception staff were very pleasant, approachable and helpful.

La vue est imbattable. La chambre était petite pour 3, mais parfaitement fonctionnelle. Les lits étaient très confortables et la salle de bain était parfaite. Le déjeuner était très bon (nous avons pu goûter des spécialités norvégiennes). Un hôtel charmant.

Kjempefint og rent rom, ville ikke være flere enn 3 stk på rommet da det hadde blitt for trangt. Frokostbuffeten hadde godt utvalg, fikk glutenfri skiver og noe søtt til kaffen. De andre hotellene jeg har vært på har gratis kaffe til gjestene, det hadde de desverre ikke her. Ungdommene jeg hadde med som var under 18 fikk hver sin gratis Moctail i bare, noe som veldig stas!

En del støy fra gata. Gammelt og slitt rom. Frokosten var ok og hyggelig betjening.

Opphold var alt i alt bra, rom og bygninger trenger en oppgradering, begynner å bli noe sliten. Heiser er alt for små. Kaffemaskin i ubetjent lobby virket ikke, tok kontakt med pesonale uten at de hadde tid å hjelpe.

The check in was smooth the stuff was helpful. The room was clean even though its old. But the floor in the bathroom was very warm. The breakfast was good.

We States in the old part of the hotel which is rather used, but it is clean and we had what we needed. Excellent location close to everything.

My wife and I were left stranded when our hotel, elsewhere, was closed. The staff were very helpful helping us find temporary accommodation nearby and then we returned for one night. A great hotel, if only we had booked here to start with!

Ok stay. Hotel is a bit run down and very basic. But everything worked, so no real problems. Expensive for what you get - but this is Norway.

We got to check in early, which instantly made our stay even better. Breakfast is top tier, very enjoyable for a weekend stay.
